A MANUAL TOOL HAVING A RETRACTABLE TOOL MEMBER

The present invention discloses a manual tool having a retractable tool member, which further comprises a handle and a linkage member. The tool member is configured to be retractably moveable relative to the handle between an operating state and a retracting state under the driving of the handle and the linkage member.

MULTI-FUNCTION TOOL WITH LAMINATED PLIER JAWS

A multi-purpose tool includes a first handle, a second handle, and a laminated plier jaw assembly coupled to the first handle and the second handle. The laminated plier jaw assembly includes a first outer layer, a second outer layer, an inner layer, and a pin. The first outer layer defines a first aperture. The second outer layer defines a second aperture. The inner layer is positioned between and is coupled to the first outer layer and the second outer layer. The inner layer defines a slot having a narrow portion positioned between a first wide portion and a second wide portion. The pin extends at least partially through the first aperture, the second aperture, and the slot. The first outer layer, the second outer layer, and the inner layer cooperate to define a pair of jaws that rotate relative to one another about an axis of rotation.

Cutting tool with magnifier

In some embodiments, a magnifier defines a longitudinal axis A. The magnifier includes an arm with a distal end and a proximal end. A magnifying pane is located at the distal end and an engagement member is located at the proximal end. In various embodiments, the arm includes a distal segment, a mid segment, and a proximal segment. The distal segment is generally linear having a length L1 projected onto the longitudinal axis and is angled about 45 degrees relative to the longitudinal axis A. The mid segment is generally concave having a length L2 projected onto the longitudinal axis A. The proximal segment that is curved having a length L3 projected onto the longitudinal axis A and is convergent relative to the longitudinal axis A.
