MULTI-FUNCTION HANDHELD ELECTRIC TOOL
A multi-function handheld electric tool includes a motor housing receiving a motor, a settable clutch coupled with a speed reduction transmission, transmission housing coupled to the motor housing and having a first housing portion coupled to the motor housing, and a second housing portion extending from the first portion towards a chuck, and a setting collar which is rotatably fit over the second housing portion of the transmission housing and rotatable between a plurality of predetermined angular positions of which at least one corresponds to a non-torque limited first operation mode of the tool and the remaining positions correspond to different torque output levels of a torque limited second operation mode of the tool.
Electrically powered tool
A power tool such as a portable cutting machine has less gear noise from, for example, a reduction gear train under no load. The power tool includes a blade, an electric motor including a motor shaft, and a gear train that transmits a rotational output from the electric motor to the blade. The gear train includes a first gear supported on the motor shaft, a countershaft, an intermediate gear meshing with the first gear and supported on the countershaft, a final shaft having a distal end attached to the blade, a final gear meshing with the intermediate gear and supported on the final shaft, and at least one elastic member between the final shaft and the final gear.
Work tool
A work tool includes a housing, a spindle, a motor, a power-transmitting mechanism and a restricting member. The power-transmitting mechanism includes a sun member, a ring member, a carrier member and a planetary roller. One of the sun member and the ring member is configured to move together with the spindle in the front-rear direction relative to the other of the sun member and the ring member. The power-transmitting mechanism is configured to transmit power of the motor to the spindle when the sun member and the ring member relatively move toward each other in response to rearward movement of the spindle and the planetary roller gets into frictional contact with the sun member and the ring member. The restricting member is configured to restrict the planetary roller from moving in the front-rear direction relative to the housing.
Technique for detecting twisted motion of electric working machine
An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an output shaft, a motor, a housing, an acceleration detector, a twisted motion detector, a reference level changer, and a motor controller. The acceleration detector detects an acceleration of the housing in a circumferential direction of the output shaft. The twisted motion detector detects a twisted motion of the housing based on a reference level and the acceleration detected. The reference level determines that the housing is twisted. The reference level changer changes the reference level based on a rotating motion of the output shaft.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a motor configured to perform at least one of rotation of the bit holding portion and movement of the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by a rotation amount of the motor. The control unit is configured to stop rotation of the motor based on a load applied to the motor rotated in one direction of moving the bit holding portion in a direction approaching a fastening target.
Clutch mechanism of electric tools
A clutch mechanism of electric tools has a driving shaft, a clutch mechanism, and a torque adjusting unit. An end of the driving shaft is connectable to an internal motor and another end of the driving shaft has a sliding sleeve, and a first spring is disposed between the driving shaft and the sliding sleeve. The clutch mechanism has a toothed ring secured onto the tool, the toothed ring having a clutching plate connected to the driving shaft, the toothed ring further having a sun gearing set and a planetary gearing set internally. The torque adjusting unit has a fixed sleeve secured onto the toothed ring and engaging an adjusting sleeve at a front end, a cap, a second spring and a bearing ring sequentially sleeved onto the driving shaft, a plurality of plugs passing through the fixed sleeve being sandwiched between the adjusting sleeve and the cap.
Impact tools with ring gear alignment features
A hand-held power tool is provided that includes a housing, a motive source, a front endbell, an output shaft, a front housing, and a gear set assembly. The output shaft protrudes from an output end at the front endbell of the housing. The output shaft is also functionally coupled to the motive source such that the output shaft rotates in response to activation of the motive source when the motive source is supplied with power. The gear set assembly is located in an interior space of the front housing, and is configured to transfer rotation from the motive source to an output spindle. The gear set assembly also includes a ring gear that surrounds a portion of the output shaft and abuts the front endbell of the housing. A set of piloting features is provided that is configured to prevent movement of the ring gear relative to the motive source and the front housing, or the front housing relative to the housing.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes an output assembly and a battery pack. The output assembly is disposed at an end portion of a first handle, the output assembly includes at least two output units spaced apart and used for connecting working accessories, and the output assembly is rotatable about a shift axis to shift an output unit among the at least two output units to a working position or a non-working position. The battery pack is disposed at a bottom of a body, the battery pack includes a standing surface through which the power tool is capable of standing, and when the power tool stands, a projection of a center of gravity of the power tool on the standing surface is in the standing surface.
POWER TOOL AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A power tool includes a housing, an electric motor, a driver circuit, a speed detection device, and a control device. The driver circuit is electrically connected to the electric motor to drive the electric motor to operate. The speed detection device is configured to acquire a rotational speed of the electric motor. The control device is connected to the speed detection device and the driver circuit and outputs a control signal to the driver circuit to control rotation of the electric motor. The control device is configured to acquire the rotational speed of the electric motor when the electric motor is in a start-up stage, obtain a rotational speed variation of the electric motor within a preset time based on the rotational speed of the electric motor, and turn off the electric motor when the rotational speed variation is less than a rotational speed variation threshold.
