BRUSHLESS MOTOR FOR A POWER TOOL
A power tool including a housing, a controller within the housing, and a brushless motor within the housing and controlled by the controller. The brushless motor including a stator assembly including a stator core having stator laminations with an annular portion and inwardly extending stator teeth. The stator assembly defines a stator envelope in an axial direction extending between axial ends of stator end caps of the stator assembly. The brushless motor further includes a rotor assembly including a rotor core having rotor laminations and defining a central aperture that extends in the axial direction and that receives a shaft, and a position sensor board assembly including position sensors and configured to provide position information of the rotor core to the controller. The rotor assembly and the position sensor board assembly are provided at least partially within the stator envelope.
IMPACT TOOL
An impact tool (1) includes: a motor (10); an impact mechanism (15), which is rotatable about an output rotational axis (BX) and is driven by the motor; an anvil (16) having an anvil shaft (113) disposed forward of the impact mechanism; and at least one anvil projection (114) protruding radially outward from a rear-end portion of the anvil shaft and configured to be impacted by the impact mechanism in a rotational direction; a hammer case (6) housing the impact mechanism; a main-body housing (2) disposed rearward of, and fixed to, the hammer case; a grip housing (3) having at least a portion disposed rearward of the main-body housing, the grip housing being coupled to the main-body housing so as to be movable relative to the main-body housing; and at least one vibration-isolating member (138, 139) disposed between the main-body housing and the grip housing.
Universal vibratory handle for cementitious surface floats
A vibratory handle for use with a surface finishing float, the vibratory handle including a first end having a bore for receiving a first float attachment screw therein for attaching the first end to the finishing float. The vibratory handle further including a second end having an oblong slot for receiving a second float attachment screw therein for attaching the second end to the finishing float such that the first float attachment screw and second float attachment screw are in operative alignment and spaced apart a distance along a surface the float. The vibratory handle also includes a gripping portion extending between the first end and second end.
POWER TOOL INCLUDING A BATTERY PACK ISOLATION SYSTEM
A power tool includes a housing, a motor positioned substantially within the housing, a drive mechanism supported by the housing and coupled to the motor, a battery pack electrically coupled to the motor, and an isolation system. The isolation system includes an interface member positioned substantially within the housing. The interface member receives a portion of the battery pack to electrically couple the battery pack to the motor. The isolation system also includes a plurality of isolators coupled between the housing and the interface member to isolate the battery pack from the housing during operation of the power tool.
Impact tool with vibration isolation
An impact tool is provided with vibration isolators to reduce vibrations felt by the operator gripping the handle of the tool. The impact tool has a hammer and an anvil that impact against each other during use. The impacts create undesirable vibrations in the tool housing and noise in the work area. The isolators are useful in minimizing such vibrations and noise.
Hand-Held Power Tool
A hand-held power tool includes a handle which is grippable by a user, a tool body, a pivot pin, where the handle is pivotably mounted on the tool body by the pivot pin, and a tension spring, where the handle is hooked on the tool body by the tension spring and the handle is decoupled from vibrations acting on the tool body by the tension spring.
Hand Held Rotary Power Tool
A hand-held rotary power tool includes a housing that provides a manual grip zone that is grasped by the user during operation of the tool. The housing includes a switch opening that overlies an electrical switch that controls operation of a tool motor. The tool includes a switch actuator that is disposed in tool housing so as to be accessible to a user of the tool via the switch opening and is operable to control the position of the switch. The switch actuator is configured to damp tool noise and transmission of tool vibration to the tool housing.
Hand-Held Power Tool comprising a Rechargeable Battery Pack Interface
A hand-held power tool includes a housing in which at least one drive motor for driving a tool holder is disposed. The hand-held power tool further includes a rechargeable battery pack interface for placing a rechargeable battery pack for supplying power to the drive motor. The rechargeable battery pack interface forms a primary support for the rechargeable battery pack. At least two intermediate elements for forming a secondary support are disposed on the housing in the region of the rechargeable battery pack interface. The at least two intermediate elements are disposed in such a way that a specified distance between the at least two intermediate elements and a rechargeable battery pack disposed at the rechargeable battery pack interface is provided which decreases in the direction of the at least two intermediate elements in the event of a shock pulse to the rechargeable battery pack and forms the secondary support when the rechargeable battery pack abuts the at least two intermediate elements.
Electric tool
An electric tool includes a body, a battery pack, and a guide portion including a primary guide unit and a secondary guide unit. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each extend in a preset direction and the primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit each are arranged in the longitudinal direction between a connecting portion of the battery pack and a mounting portion of the body. The primary guide unit and the secondary guide unit implement rigid mating. The primary guide unit includes primary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, the secondary guide unit includes secondary mating surfaces mating with each other in the transverse direction, and a ratio of a width of a transverse gap between the primary mating surfaces to a width of a transverse gap between the secondary mating surfaces is greater than or equal to 0.3.
Power tool having a hammer mechanism
A movable support at least partially supports a final output shaft and a driving mechanism, and is integrally movable relative to a housing in an axial direction of a driving axis. A biasing member biases the movable support toward a front side in the axial direction. A first guide shaft extends in the axial direction and slidably guides the movement of the movable support in the axial direction. At least one intermediate shaft rotates in response to rotation of a motor shaft and transmit power of the motor to the driving mechanism. At least one bearing supports an end portion of the at least one intermediate shaft is located in the front side in the axial direction. A single metal support is immovable relative to the housing and supports the at least one bearing. The single metal support has a first hole for partially receiving the first guide shaft.
