Power Working Machine
A power working machine comprises a working portion, a driving portion, a main body portion, and a blowing portion. The working portion is configured to act on a work object. The driving portion is configured to drive the working portion. The main body portion includes a bottom surface portion, an intake port, and an exhaust port, and is configured to form a storage space for storing the driving portion and an airflow path leading from the intake port to the exhaust port through the storage space. The blowing portion is configured to generate an airflow in the airflow path toward the exhaust port. The intake port is configured to open in a direction having a vertical downward component in a first state in which the power working machine is placed with the bottom surface portion facing a horizontal surface.

The structures disposed at the power head (120) and the structures disposed at the housing of the tool attachment (106, 108, 110) for defining the physical mating assembly are configured to contact each other before the structures disposed at the power head (120) and the structures disposed at the housing of the tool attachment (106, 108, 110) for defining the drive power transfer assembly contact each other responsive to operably coupling of the power head mating interface (121) to the tool mating interface (123). The structures disposed at the power head (120) and the structures disposed at the housing of the tool attachment (106, 108, 110) for defining the drive power transfer assembly are configured to contact each other before the structures disposed at the power head (120) and the structures disposed at the housing of the tool attachment (106, 108, 110) for defining the electronic assembly contact each other responsive to operably coupling of the power head mating interface (121) to the tool mating interface (123).

TECHNIQUE FOR DISSIPATING HEAT IN ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
An electric work machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an electric power input terminal, a motor, a circuit board, a first heat dissipation plate, and a second heat dissipation plate. The circuit board includes a first surface and an electronic circuit on the first surface. The electronic circuit controls supply of AC power to the motor. The electronic circuit includes an electronic component that generates Joule heat. The first heat dissipation plate is spaced from the first surface by a first distance in parallel to the first surface. The second heat dissipation plate is spaced from the first surface by a second distance in parallel to the first surface. The second heat dissipation plate is thermally coupled with the first heat dissipation plate. The second distance is smaller than the first distance.
POWER TOOL SYSTEM
A charger including a housing including a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall, an interface configured to engage a battery pack, and an air conditioning assembly coupled within the housing adjacent the interface. The air conditioning system is operable to suck an ambient air flow into the housing from outside the housing, reduce a temperature of the air flow to create a cooling air flow, and guide the cooling air flow to the battery pack interface.
HANDHELD POWER TOOL WITH BRUSHLESS ELECTRIC MOTOR
A power tool is provided including a housing defining a cavity therein, where the housing includes a motor case and a handle portion extending along a longitudinal axis of the housing from the motor case; an electric motor having a drive shaft and mounted within the motor case; a partitioning wall extending radially and separating the motor case portion from the non-motor case portion of the housing; and a bearing pocket with an open end facing the motor case portion formed in the partitioning wall and a main body extending away from the electric motor for receiving a rotor bearing. The handle portion includes two elongate walls extending from the partitioning wall, a circuit board supported by the two elongate walls and including a motor drive circuit, and two covers secured to the two elongate walls to cover the circuit board.

A power tool including a rear cover simplifies assembly. A driver drill includes a motor including a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, a motor housing accommodating the motor, being cylindrical, and including a left housing and a right housing being laterally separable, a grip connected to a lower portion of the motor housing, an output unit in front of the motor and driven by the motor, and a rear cover supporting a rear portion of the rotor and closing a rear portion of the motor housing. The rear cover is held and fastened between the left housing and the right housing.

The invention provides a handheld power tool, which comprises a handle assembly, a power mechanism connected with the handle assembly, and a working mechanism connected with the power mechanism. The power mechanism comprises a main housing, an inner housing, and a motor disposed in the inner housing. The main housing comprises a first air inlet at a side wall thereof, the inner housing comprises an opening. An airflow channel is located between the main housing and the inner housing, and in communication with the first air inlet, the opening and an inside of the inner housing. The handheld power tool of the present invention not only has good heat dissipation effect, but also has waterproof and dustproof effects, and can work in rainy days and humid areas without affecting the performance of the whole machine.
