The removably couplable sleeve has a first position along a slideable path while the removably couplable sleeve is encapsulating the pole-like member with the distal end of the removably couplable sleeve not substantially adjacent to the head portion of the pole-like member and a second position along the slideable path while the removably couplable sleeve is encapsulating the pole-like member with the distal end of the removably couplable sleeve substantially adjacent to the head portion.

The handle includes a grip insert with a pair of corresponding projections to couple to the pair of opposing channels and an outer grip surrounding the grip insert.
