Pruning shears having both functions of hanging on tree branch and absorbing shock
The present invention relates to pruning shears, and is intended to cut off branches and stems of landscape trees, fruit trees, etc. while minimizing slips, etc. occurring during pruning when the branches or stems have large diameters or are stiff, to alleviate impacts applied to a hand of an operator particularly at the moment when thick branches or stems are cut off, and to be conveniently hung on a tree branch during work. Furthermore, the pruning shears have a sliding portable saw accommodation means configured to cut off a tree branch or stem outside the cutting range of the pruning shears.
GRIP COMPONENT FOR A HAND TOOL
A hand tool comprising a head portion, a shaft, and a grip component is provided. The grip component and the shaft form a handle of the hand tool. The grip component is a reverse-molded component formed by: forming the external portion of the grip component by molding a first thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material or thermoplastic urethane (TPU) material into a shell that surrounds a first cavity; after forming the external portion; placing the shaft into the first cavity; and, after the external portion is formed and the shaft is placed into the first cavity, forming the inner portion of the grip component by injecting a second TPE material or TPU material into the first cavity and onto the shaft. The first TPE or TPU material has a first level of hardness, and the second TPE or TPU material has a second level of hardness lower than the first level.

Grip component for a hand tool
A hand tool comprising a head portion, a shaft, and a grip component is provided. The shaft is attached to or integral with the head portion, and the grip component is disposed around the shaft. The grip component and the shaft form a handle of the hand tool. The grip component comprises an external portion molded from a first thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material or thermoplastic urethane (TPU) material, and an inner portion molded from a second TPE material or TPU material. The first TPE or TPU material has a first level of hardness, and the second TPE or TPU material has a lower level of hardness. The inner portion is disposed around the shaft, and the external portion forms a shell around the inner portion and is an exposed user contact surface. The grip component is attached to the shaft via at least a mechanical fastener.

Side handle
A side handle for a hand-operated power tool includes a handle rod disposed along a handle axis and a fastening mechanism, where the side handle is releasably fastenable to the hand-operated power tool by the fastening mechanism. The fastening mechanism includes a tensioning band that engages around a fastening axis and a tensioning mechanism. The tensioning mechanism has a pull rod that is anchored to the tensioning band and is displaceable along the handle axis and a tensioning wheel that is rotatable about the handle axis and engages in an external thread of the pull rod. A damper connects the handle rod to the fastening mechanism and includes a leaf spring with a longitudinal side oriented in an inclined manner to the fastening axis where the leaf spring has a slot. A splint is fastened to the pull rod and engages in the slot.
HAND TOOL WITH A BUFFERING EFFECT
A hand tool with a buffering effect has a body, a working element, and at least one shock-absorbing element. The body has a holding end and a connecting end respectively disposed on two ends of the body. The working element is connected to the connecting end of the body. The least one shock-absorbing element is disposed on the body between the holding end and the connecting end and has a length being larger than a half of a length of the body and being less than or equal to the length of the body. A user holds the body and uses the working element, and a shock-absorbing and buffering effect is provided by the at least one shock-absorbing element.

Impact dampening Grips
A shock dampening grip includes a sleeve to be gripped by a person's hand, in use, which sleeve is of a resiliently deformable material, and which defines a bore for receiving a handlebar therethrough, in use, which bore is oblong shaped in cross section to allow generally linear transverse movement of the handlebar within the bore, the sleeve further including a dampening mechanism located in the operatively upper part of the bore. The grip further includes a pair of end caps configured to fit over and fasten onto a handlebar to define a pair of opposed flanges in use to capture the sleeve between them, and complementary guide formations respectively on the opposed faces of the flanges of the end caps and the edges of the sleeve to guide the movement of the sleeve along the generally linear path transverse to the handlebar, in use.
