Object manipulation device, system, and method
A tool includes a grasping mechanism, an extendable pole operably connected to the grasping mechanism at a free end thereof, and a handle mechanism for manipulating the grasping mechanism. The handle mechanism is operably connected to the extendable pole.
Shipboard multi-tool
A Shipboard Multi-tool. The Multi-tool includes a pair of groups of tools that are individually-extendable from the handle in order to allow the Multi-tool to operate a plurality of different shipboard mechanisms with a single assembly. One group of extendable tools includes spanner and box wrenches. Another group of extendable tools includes key-type wrenches. The individual extendable wrenches are lockable in a variety of angular positions relative to the handle to provide the user with several configurations with which to use the wrenches. The locking mechanisms are operable by depressing a spring-loaded push-button.
Telescopic pole locking and damping mechanism
Provided is a telescopic pole assembly, and a locking and damping assembly therefore.
ROTATING AND / OR EXTENDING HAND-DRIVEN TOOL AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosed apparatus, systems and methods relate to an improved extendable and rotatable shovel for use in various applications such as the shoveling of snow. Users can modify the shovel to accommodate their stature and personal preferences.
Method of attaching a removable saw blade to a reciprocating hedge trimmer
A method for attaching a removable saw blade to a reciprocating type hedge trimmer to extend the utility for cutting larger diameter stalks without requiring a second appliance. The removable nature of the blade allows replacement should the blade become dull or damaged, and also allows use of the trimmer without the blade installed with minimal impact to the base functionality of the trimmer. Such trimmer can be hand held or machine mounted and powered by a variety of power sources.
QUICKLY ROTARY AND EXPANDABLE RATCHET WRENCH
A quickly rotary and expandable ratchet wrench includes a drive bar, an operation handle, a rotary head, and an operation ring. The drive bar includes a bar body and a fork arm connected to the bar body. The bar body includes a plurality of retaining recesses spaced apart from each other and a groove passing through each of the retaining recesses. The operation handle includes a retaining element slidable to position in any of the retaining recesses and a restraint element protruding into the groove. The rotary head is pivotally connected to two ends of the fork arm. The operation ring sleeves on one end of the operation handle, and the retaining element is movable in association with movement of the operation ring to be positioned in any of the retaining recesses, and the operation ring is rotatable with respect to the drive bar.
COMPACTING GRIP FOR HANDHELD DEVICES
The invention is directed to a compacting grip apparatus for a hand-held touch screen electronic device. The apparatus includes an extension portion comprising an extendable ribbon-shaped structure, the extension portion having a first end and an opposing second end. In some embodiments, the extension expands to an open position and contracts to a closed position. The apparatus includes a hard base that includes a flat outside face and an inside portion fixedly connected to the first end of the extension portion. The apparatus includes a hard top that includes an inside portion fixedly connected to the second end of the extension portion and a flat or plate-like outside face facing away from the outside face of the base.

ERGONOMIC MULTIFUNCTIONAL TOOL HOLDER
The invention is directed to an ergonomic tool holder, adaptable to a conventional pole and having a handle and a supporting base. These are coupled to an interconnecting unit in a non-permanent manner. The coupling of the handle to the interconnecting unit and the coupling of the supporting base to the interconnecting unit allows the tool holder to be assembled, having the handle in straight or multiple angled positions with regard to the supporting base and wherein the tool may be held and positioned along the X-X, Y-Y, or Z-Z axes. A given conventional utensil used in working activities such as painting or maintenance may be clamped and secured on the supporting base. Thus, the User may position such utensils in the tool holder straight or in the angled position at their convenience and may change such positions easily and quickly.
Modular driver and screw system
The combination of a driver and fastener that allows a user to insert and remove the fastener by applying larger than normal torque loads to it includes: (a) a fastener with a proximal end handle and a distal end head configured to provide a standard indentation and an additional recess that provides additional surface area that allows larger torque loads to be applied to the fastener, (b) a main driver with a shaft having a central bore, a handle at its proximal end and a head at its distal end configured to allow it to be temporarily inserted into the fastener's head, and (c) an awl driver having an awl shaft with an awl handle affixed to its distal end and its proximal end including a tip configured to allow it to pass through the main driver's bore and be brought into contact with the fastener's head where it is used to cut into the fastener cannula so as to temporarily adhere the awl driver to the fastener.
