The present embodiments provide a handheld device for transferring a substance. In example embodiments, a handheld device for transferring a substance includes a receptacle configured to receive and hold the substance. The receptacle is pivotably mounted to a handle about at least one pivot point, thereby forming an axis of rotation of the receptacle. The receptacle is rotatable about the axis of rotation in response to an external force being applied to an outer surface of the receptacle.

A cleaning device has a handling section, a neck section, and a cleaning section. In an exemplary cleaning device, the neck section may be interconnected to the handling section and the cleaning section interconnected to the neck section. An exemplary cleaning section may have a frame that is rotatably interconnected to the neck section and configured to completely rotate about an axis of a joint between the neck section and the frame. The frame also has at least one flexible structure to engage a cover to be held in tension about the frame.

The second shaft structure is attached to the slide and links with the tool head. The second shaft structure is movable with respect to the first shaft structure such that the tool head is moved toward and away from the first shaft structure. The second shaft structure has a second connecting portion receiving the pivot. The tool head is pivotal with respect to the second shaft structure. Further, a resilient member is disposed between the first and the second shaft structures. The second shaft structure is biased by the resilient member.

A system for cleaning a controlled and regulated equipment comprises a lightweight and maneuverable ergonomic and tool handle including a first handle portion and a second handle portion, wherein the second handle portion is removably connectable to the first handle portion. A tool head frame is pivotably connectable to the second handle portion wherein the tool head frame comprises a leading edge opposite a trailing edge and a first side edge opposite a parallel second side edge disposed between the leading and the trailing edge and wherein the leading edge and the trailing edge are non-parallel to each other. A packaging tray including at least one compartment, a pad assembly having a pad and a backer disposed in the pad, and a cleaning solution; wherein the pad assembly and the cleaning solution are disposed in the at least one compartment. The pad assembly is movable within the at least one compartment between a first position and a second position so that the tool head frame is hands-free attachable to the pad assembly in the first position or second position and the tool head frame is hands-free detachable from the pad assembly in the second position. In addition, the system disclosed herein further comprises means for providing a precise amount of cleaning solution within the at least one compartment in order to provide accurate saturation and consistent moisture level for the pad within the pad assembly.

A cleaning device and method of cleaning are provided. The cleaning device includes a power source and a pump in selective electrical communication with the power source. A storage container is provided. A valve assembly is disposed in the storage container and in fluid communication with the pump, the valve assembly being configured to selectively flow cleaning fluid from a first portion and a second portion of the storage container. A cleaning element having a spray nozzle is in fluid communication with the pump.

A cleaning device and method of cleaning are provided. The cleaning device includes a power source and a pump in selective electrical communication with the power source. A storage container is provided. A valve assembly is disposed in the storage container and in fluid communication with the pump, the valve assembly being configured to selectively flow cleaning fluid from a first portion and a second portion of the storage container. A hand-held heating tool includes a handle unit, a pivot unit, a positioning unit, and a heating unit. The handle unit has a recess and a positioning portion. The pivot unit is pivotally connected to the handle unit and has a guiding groove and an abutment section. The positioning unit includes a positioning member, a control member, and an elastic member arranged between the control member and the abutment section. The control member is movably arranged in the guiding groove to actuate the positioning member to move relative to the recess so that the positioning member is selectively engaged with the positioning portion for adjusting a relative angle between the handle unit and the heating unit.

A head includes a rotatable base portion supported at a forward end of the handle. A spring biased locking mechanism is integrated into the handle in proximity to the rotatable base and includes a forward projection engaging a first recess of the rotatable base in a first position. Upon retracting the mechanism via a projecting trigger portion, the rotatable base is rotated to align a second circumferentially offset recess so that, and upon releasing the trigger, the squeegee head is oriented in a reverse angular fashion relative to the handle.
