A tool system includes a rail, a trolley, a tool, a detent, and a target. The trolley is translatable between first and second positions along the rail. The tool is secured to the trolley. The detent includes a magnet. One of the target and the magnet is located at a third position along the rail, between the first and second positions. The other one of the target and the magnet is coupled to the trolley. The magnet and target cooperate to resist trolley movement away from the third position.

BACKSET ADJUSTER FOR A DOOR LOCKSET JIG

A cutting guide apparatus for guiding placement of bore holes in a door may include an engagement interface and a backset assembly. The engagement interface is configured to retain the apparatus proximate to an edge of a door and center an edge bore guide between an inside face and an outside face of the door. The engagement interface includes a first arm and a second arm that are each operably coupled to a common pivot axis. The backset assembly is operably coupled to the engagement interface to enable an amount of backset from the edge of the door to a center of a handle hole guide to be adjusted. The backset assembly includes a first mounting bracket operably coupled to a first portion of the first arm and a first portion of the second arm, and a second mounting bracket operably coupled to a second portion of the first arm.

Tool arm mount for aerial work platform

A tool arm mount couples a tool arm to an aerial work platform. The tool arm mount includes a first mounting hook that hangs on a first rail of the aerial work platform and a second mounting hook that hangs on a second rail of the aerial work platform. The first mounting hook defines a first channel in which the first rail is received, and the second mounting hook defines a second channel in which the second rail is received. The first and second mounting hooks are coupled to a spine of the tool arm mount. The tool arm mount also includes a first lock that locks the first mounting hook to the first rail.

Compression-Held Bracket

Disclosed is a bracket for a board that removably couples to a base. The bracket can include a slot at one end and a compression member at the other end. The slot can fit over the base at a first end of the base and can be removed from that end of the base upon removal of the compression member at the other end of the base. The compression member can be removed against a bias such that the compression member applies a bias to the base when the bracket is coupled to the base, and that bias can be removed so as to allow the removal of the bracket. A pegboard or other type of board can be coupled to the bracket with fasteners or other known means.

Tool holder including a threaded actuator

A tool holder for firmly holding a wide range of sizes and shapes of tool handles includes a holder handle, a cage assembly, a clamp, a locking coupling, and a threaded actuator. The cage assembly includes a pair of axially spaced apart supports having axially aligned through openings sized for receiving tool handles of different sizes and shapes. The clamp is transversely movable between the supports in opposite directions for releasably clamping the tool handle against the supports. The locking coupling is interposed between the holder handle and the cage assembly for selectively adjusting the angular orientation of the cage assembly relative to the holder handle. The threaded actuator is operable to lock or unlock the locking coupling for permitting or restricting adjustment of the angular orientation of the cage assembly relative to the holder handle.

GIMBAL WITH ENHANCED RING ASSEMBLY FOR RAPID TOOL INTERCHANGE

Systems and methods for switching tools in an enhanced ring assembly of a gimbal. One embodiment is a gimbal that includes an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring is attached to an arm and includes a first hinge to open and close the outer ring, and also a first latch to fasten the outer ring in a closed position. The inner ring is rotatably supported within the outer ring and includes a second hinge to open and close the inner ring, and a second latch to fasten the inner ring in a closed position.

COLLAPSIBLE SAWHORSE RACK

A sawhorse having first and second sides. Each of the sides having lateral edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge. Slots extend into the sides and the slots have terminal edges between the top and bottom edge of the side into which they extend that define the length to which each slot extends into its corresponding side. Adjacent slots within each side define at least one intermediate leg. Slots adjacent to the lateral edges of each side define outer legs. The sides are joined by a hinge that allows pivotal movement between an open and closed position. The closed position locates the bottom edges of the sides closer than the open position. A member between the sides prevents further movement apart of the bottom edges when the sawhorse is in the open position.

Disconnect housing for use in automation systems

A disconnect housing for selectively receiving a tooling boom is disclosed. The disconnect housing is configured with a sensor to indicate when a predetermined amount of force sufficient to retain the tooling boom therein has been applied so as to indicate operability of a handling system.
