DRILL ATTACHMENT HAVING AN ADAPTER COMPONENT
A drill attachment for engagement and actuation of a drill apparatus having a bifurcated frame defining a first shaft and a second shaft operatively engaged to the drill apparatus at first and second engagement points is disclosed. A handle is pivotally engaged to the first shaft and is operatively coupled to a trigger actuator located along the first shaft through a trigger cable operatively engaged to a trigger actuator the distal end of the first shat that permits remote actuation of the drill apparatus. The trigger actuator includes a pivotable rocking arm having an actuator pad in selective engagement with the drill trigger such that actuation of the handle by the user pivots the rocking arm in a manner that causes the actuator pad to engage or disengage the drill trigger when operating the drill apparatus. The drill attachment is operatively engaged to the drill apparatus through an adapter component having a proximal portion engaged to the drill attachment and a distal portion defining a generally curved configuration adapted to engage the handle of any conventional drill apparatus.
Router
A router includes a housing and a motor assembly disposed within the housing. The motor assembly includes a driven shaft having a cavity on a first end of the driven shaft. The router includes a collet that is configured to mate into the cavity of the driven shaft with the collet being configured to grip a shank of a router bit. The router includes a gear mechanism that is configured to couple and decouple from a second end of the driven shaft such that a rotation of the gear mechanism when the gear mechanism is coupled to the second end of the driven shaft causes at least one of tightening and loosening of the collet.
Collapsible sawhorse rack
A sawhorse having first and second sides. Each of the sides having lateral edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge. Slots extend into the sides and the slots have terminal edges between the top and bottom edge of the side into which they extend that define the length to which each slot extends into its corresponding side. Adjacent slots within each side define at least one intermediate leg. Slots adjacent to the lateral edges of each side define outer legs. The sides are joined by a hinge that allows pivotal movement between an open and closed position. The closed position locates the bottom edges of the sides closer than the open position. A member between the sides prevents further movement apart of the bottom edges when the sawhorse is in the open position.
Hand tool support device and method
A hand tool support device includes an attachment bracket, at least one armband, at least one transfer rod, and a flexible connector. The attachment bracket is configured to be attached to a hand tool body of a powered hand tool having a hand tool grip configured to be held by a user. The hand tool body has a tool bit rotatable about and/or reciprocative along a tool axis. The armband is configured to receive a forearm of the user. The armband has an armband axis. The transfer rod extends between and couples the armband to the attachment bracket. The flexible connector is included at a lengthwise location of the transfer rod and enables movement of the armband axis relative to the attachment bracket, and absorbs at least one of torque, vibration, and shock on the gripping hand, wrist, and forearm of the user.
Device for blocking eyeglass lenses
A device for blocking eyeglass lenses onto blocks using a bonding mass, by which the eyeglass lens is connected to the block in a form-fit and/or force-closed manner, having several stations, between which the eyeglass lens and/or the block is transported, at least one blocking station, in which the block is connected to the eyeglass lens using the bonding mass, a transport arm having a retaining head arranged thereon for positioning the eyeglass lens in the blocking station, wherein the transport arm is designed as a pivot arm and has at least one pivot axis (S1), by means of which the transport arm and the retaining head can be moved between at least two stations, and at least one conveying arm having a retainer for the block or an eyeglass lens, wherein the conveying arm has a pivot axis (S2), which is arranged parallel or coaxial to the pivot axis (S1) and by which the retainer can be moved between at least two stations.
Collapsible stand
A collapsible stand includes a carrying member, a first support frame unit and a second support frame unit respectively pivotally connected to the carrying member, a linking unit pivotally connected between the first and second support frame units for allowing the collapsible stand to be alternatively set between an extended position and a collapsed position, and a locking unit for locking the first and second support frame units to the carrying member selectively in the extended or collapsed position. The overall structure of the collapsible stand is simple and easy to operate. When set in the extended position, the first and second support frame units give a large area support to the carrying member, assuring high stability.
Drilling and tapping machine
A drilling and tapping machine includes a power head assembly supported at a vertical orientation, a parallelogram arm structure including a head support and an arm base, and an arm positioning assembly coupled with the head support and the arm base support for guiding corresponding movements of the head support and the arm base support so as to ensure a vertical trajectory of the power head assembly. The machine further includes a counterweight configuration to vertically move the power head assembly via a lever. The machine further includes an operational control assembly to selectively shift the power head assembly between a drilling operation and tapping operation. Therefore, the machine is suitable to make a hole with a diameter of 0.5 to 3 mm.
Androgynous Clamping System
An apparatus capable of clamping onto other objects, as well as acting as either the male ball, female socket or both at the same time when paired with other similar apparatuses in a ball and socket joint system. By combining multiple apparatuses, various advanced versions can be produced and these versions allow the apparatus to be used as a constructing material for custom tools, supports and structures.
Drill guides for right angle drills
Drill guides for right angle drills include an elongate base, a fore guide, a fore mount, an aft guide, and an aft mount. The fore mount and the aft mount are configured to be operatively coupled to a right angle drill, and the fore guide and the aft guide are configured to permit selective translation of the right angle drill toward and away from the base.
