A jig for finishing a workpiece with a handheld router or other handheld motor-driven rotational tool assembly is provided. The jig includes a baseplate that is precisely aligned and attached to a router. Guides, including a main guide and a support guide, are provided. The main guide is configured to precisely align with and fasten to the base plate in several different jig configurations. Right-angle adaptors attach to the guides and precisely align with and attach to the guides and the base plate to form several different jig configurations. Side plates secure the workpiece therebetween and provide a surface along which the main guide may slide to facilitate finishing operations on the workpiece.

The tooling assembly includes a base, a plurality of support members fixedly attached to the base, a plurality of frames, and a securing system. The frames each define an upper surface, where each support member is releasably coupled to a corresponding frame by a fastening system. The upper surfaces of the frames are each shaped to correspond with a portion of the profile of the tool-side surface of the panel. The securing system is for providing a suction force configured to releasably secure the panel against the upper surface of the frames.

The legs of the jack stand can be temporarily inserted into a support member engaging the vehicle and the jack. The jack stand includes a horizontal support member with bottom facing open ends telescopically connected to a pair of rigid legs and each of the legs are telescopically attached to supporting bases using locking pins. Once the jack stand is installed, the lifting jack can be removed.
