A sawhorse includes a modular work surface supported by a frame. The modular work surface includes a first side portion, a second side portion and a central portion. The modular work surface is configured to move between a compact configuration and an expanded configuration. In the compact configuration the first side portion and the second side portion are adjacent to one another to provide a compact worktop and the central portion is positioned beneath the compact worktop. In the expanded configuration, the first side portion and the second side portion are distal to one another and the central portion is positioned therebetween to create an expanded worktop.

Convertible sawhorse and worktable

A convertible sawhorse and work table assembly includes two sawhorse legs, a worktable and two pivoting support rods. The two support rods are pivotably attached to the work table near one end thereof and to one of the sawhorse legs at the other end thereof. When in the closed condition, the sawhorse legs are folded against each other, with the worktable folded along one of the legs and the two support rods folded against the other sawhorse leg. In a second condition, the sawhorse legs are pivoted away from each other with the worktable and support rods remaining folded against the legs. In a third condition, the table is pivoted upwardly away from the one sawhorse leg until it is disposed substantially horizontally above the sawhorse legs, and is then slid rearwardly relative thereto until the pivot support rods are fully extended away from the other sawhorse legs.

A saw support assembly includes a base member defining a receiving channel. The receiving channel of the base member is configured to receive a leg of a saw therein to secure the base member to the leg of the saw. An arm member is pivotably coupled to the base member. The arm member is configured to pivot towards or away from the base member. The arm member is configured to extend from the base member to support the leg of the saw to which the base member is secured. A branch member extends between the base member and the arm member. The branch member defines a first end connected with the base member and a second end connected with the support arm. The branch member is configured to limit a degree to which the arm member can pivot away from the base member.

SAW SLIDE DEVICE

A sliding compound miter saw slide device allows a user to easily and accurately move a saw for proper alignment with a cutting material or workpiece. The sliding saw slide device integrates an adjustment or alignment mechanism configured to move an upper base portion of the saw base relative to a lower base portion of the saw base. In addition, a sliding saw stand allows a user to easily and accurately move a saw for proper alignment with a cutting material or workpiece. The sliding saw stand integrates an adjustment or alignment mechanism configured to move an upper miter saw mount member/plate relative to the saw stand base/base frame.

The present device is a cutting table for supporting a workpiece above a support surface while cutting the workpiece with a tool. The cutting table is comprised of at least one foam table piece that includes a top side, a bottom side, and at least one peripheral edge. Two or more foam standoffs project upwardly from the top side of the foam table piece a common height and each terminate at a top surface adapted for contacting and supporting the workpiece. The two or more standoffs allow the workpiece, when supported by the foam table piece, to be cut with the tool even if some of the standoffs are damaged by the tool. Preferably a portion of the area of the top surfaces of the standoffs to an area of the top side of the foam table pieces is less than 50%, preferably being between either 20-30% or 45-50%.
