The present invention relates to a novel vise that operates in both a threaded and unthreaded mode. The vise includes a fixed block, a movable head, a rod, a ratchet mechanism, a threaded mechanism and a toggle mechanism. In the threaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by rotating the rod. In the unthreaded mode, the movable head may only be moved by applying force to the movable head in the desired direction of movement.

Vise table

The present invention relates to an integrated vise and work table. The disclosed vise table allows an operator to clamp an object in place so that the same can worked on in a hands-free method. The vise table includes a table block, a vise head block, a threaded guide, a rotator, and an activation mechanism that allows the operator to selectively vise in a threaded mode or in an unthreaded mode. In the threaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by rotating a threaded guide. In the unthreaded mode, the vise head block may only be moved by applying force to the vise head block in the desired direction of movement.

Pipe support stand

The pipe support stand is an attachment for a tripod chain vise. The pipe support stand attaches to two of the three legs of the tripod chain vise and provides a work support leg that runs under the work piece at an oblique angle to the ground and to the work piece. The front end of the work support leg may rise towards the work piece and the work piece may slide onto one of two brackets on the front end of the work support leg such that the device provides support to the end of the work piece that is about to be cut off. Alternatively, the work support leg may slide towards the rear such that the rear end of the work support leg contacts the ground and provides additionally stability for the tripod chain vise.

The tooling assembly includes a base, a plurality of support members fixedly attached to the base, a plurality of frames, and a securing system. The frames each define an upper surface, where each support member is releasably coupled to a corresponding frame by a fastening system. The upper surfaces of the frames are each shaped to correspond with a portion of the profile of the tool-side surface of the panel. The securing system is for providing a suction force configured to releasably secure the panel against the upper surface of the frames.

A syncing apparatus for synchronizing a process dolly to a conveyor includes a mounting frame and a sync arm. The mounting frame is configured to be mounted to a frame of the process dolly. The sync arm is coupled to the mounting frame and includes a wheel and a biasing member coupled to the wheel and configured to bias the wheel to an extended position. The wheel is configured to contact a contact feature of the conveyor to synchronize the process dolly to a movement of the conveyor when biased to the extended position. Compression of the biasing member moves the wheel to a retracted position wherein the wheel is configured to traverse the contact feature of the conveyor and the process dolly is unsynchronized from the movement of the conveyor.

The system is used to perform a number of operations and converts between a plurality of configurations.
