Method and Apparatus of Replenishment in Assembly Line
The present invention is related to a replenishment method and device in an assembly line. A usage storage area for storing a first object set and a spare storage area for storing a second object set are defined in the replenishment apparatus. The replenishment apparatus comprises a fixing carrier in the usage storage area and a moving carrier in the spare storage area. The replenishment method comprises driving the moving carrier to move the second object set in the spare usage area to the fixing carrier in the usage storage area when a remaining number of objects in the first object set carried in the fixing carrier is zero and the first object set in the fixing carrier is removed; and moving the moving carrier to leave the fixing carrier and recover to the spare usage area.
WORKBENCH CHARGING STATION
A charging station and storage device for preferably storing a plurality of power tools and battery packs while also charging the battery packs during storage. The battery pack can be used to connect to and power the stored power tools interchangeably, allowing users of the device access to the power tools and easy portable power capability. The disclosed device allows the battery packs to be housed and charged in the same unit that stores the various tools/devices. The device can also be provided with a light to illuminate the user's bench/work area.
METHOD OF REMANUFACTURING A TONER CARTRIDGE
A method of remanufacturing a toner cartridge includes installing a modified end cap in which a portion of a drive assembly for an internal toner seal removal mechanism has been disabled. With the modified end cap installed, the toner cartridge may be post tested without removing the internal toner seal. When the post test is complete the modified end cap is removed and a non-modified end cap with a functional drive assembly is installed in its place.

CUTTING MAT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A method for making a cutting mat assembly includes a step of arranging two mats side-by-side and a assembling line being formed along two respective first sides of the two mats, each mat including a first slot or a first handle formed to a second side thereof; and a step of arranging an inner piece located between the two mats and a second slot or a second handle being formed to each of two opposite ends of the inner piece, the first handles of the two mats respectively extending through the two second slots of the inner piece, or the two second handles of the inner piece respectively extending through the two first slots such that the two mats are located corresponding to one face of the inner piece. The users hold the handles to carry the cutting mat assembly, and tools are stored by the inner piece.
