A tool repair system that aids in the repair of malfunctioned inner tool components. The system includes a package having a fully assembled component disposed on top of a component locating structure and held in place by one or more retainers. After removing the malfunctioned component, the tool can be lowered onto the component locating structure, thereby pushing the retainers off the fully assembled component and coupling the fully assembled component to the tool via an opening in the tool. Repairing the tool is therefore quick, easy, and does not require extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the tool.

The inspection station comprises an inspection station processor circuit for determining one or more service recommendations for the handle module based on the handle module usage data stored in the memory of the handle module and based on service recommendation criteria.

TELESCOPIC HANGER ASSEMBLY

A telescopic hanger assembly includes a housing connected to a handheld electric tool and further includes a hanging component. The hanging component has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the first connecting portion extends into the housing, a vertically arranged mounting groove is arranged in the housing, and the first connecting portion extends into the mounting groove; a first spring for pushing up the first connecting portion is mounted in the mounting groove; a snap-in groove is arranged at a lower end of the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion enters or leaves the housing as the first connecting portion expands and contracts; the housing is provided therein with an automatic buckling mechanism that buckles and locks the second connecting portion extending into the housing. Through its telescopic structure, the telescopic hanger assembly facilitates the storage of the electric tools.

The method includes arranging the seal onto a pusher. The method also includes inserting the pusher into a hole in the base plate. The method further includes installing a hub onto the base plate and over the pusher. The method further includes rotating a rod relative to the hub to advance the pusher and seat the seal in the bore.
