The ratchet binder rack is a storage case that is designed for use with one or more ratchet binders. The ratchet binder rack stores the one or more ratchet binders in the storage case. The storage case is mounted on a hand truck such that the hand truck can be used to move the storage case. The ratchet binder rack comprises a storage case and a hand truck. The storage case is attached to the hand truck.

A suspension device has a base plate (11) intended to be fastened to a wall and two rods (15, 16) fastened on the base plate with the ends pointing towards one another. The rods have end knobs (17, 18) and one end knob (18) is spring-loaded to rest against the end knob of the other rod. Using a closed loop, a snare is made around the object that is to be hung up and then the loop is pressed in between the ends of the rods so that the loop remains hanging on one rod. The cord can simply be pulled loose by pulling it out between the end knobs when it is desired to detach the object

The engaging structure is formed between the bottom panel of the track base and the at least one positioning mount to enable the at least one positioning mount to position securely on the track base without sliding relative to the track base, and has at least one first engaging segment and a second engaging segment.

A hand tool frame has a track base, at least one positioning mount, and an engaging structure. The track base has a bottom panel, a slide rail, and a connecting track. The at least one positioning mount is slidably mounted on the track base, and each has a sliding seat and an extending element. The sliding seat is slidably mounted in the slide rail and abuts the bottom panel. The extending element is formed on the sliding seat and extends out of the slide rail. The engaging structure is formed between the bottom panel of the track base and the at least one positioning mount to enable the at least one positioning mount to position securely on the track base without sliding relative to the track base, and has at least one first engaging segment and a second engaging segment.

A wrench holder for holding and carrying a set of wrenches, each wrench having an elongated handle and an open jaw extending from the handle, comprises a frame having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. There is a spring coiled about the first side of the frame. The spring has coils which receive the handles of the wrenches. The second side of the frame engages the open jaws of the wrenches when the handles of the wrenches are received between the coils of the spring to restrict outward rotation of the wrenches relative to the wrench holder.

A wrench holder for holding and carrying a set of wrenches, each wrench having an elongated handle and an open jaw extending from the handle, comprises a frame having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. There is a spring coiled about the first side of the frame. The spring has coils which receive the handles of the wrenches. The second side of the frame engages the open jaws of the wrenches when the handles of the wrenches are received between the coils of the spring to restrict outward rotation of the wrenches relative to the wrench holder.

A tool holder includes a rack and at least one seat connected to the rack. The seat includes an assembling portion and an attached portion spaced from the assembling portion. The assembling portion is detachably mounted to the rack. The attached portion includes an abutted face and a recess. The abutted face is located opposite to the rack. The recess is located between the abutted face and the assembling portion. The recess receives a magnet adapted to magnetically attach to a metal object.
