POWER TOOL AND BATTERY SUPPORT RACKS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING
A support rack and method of manufacture thereof are provided for retaining a power hand tool or a battery pack on a wall surface. The support rack when configured for storing a power hand tool includes a mounting panel for connection to the wall surface, a support panel that extends from the mounting panel, and at least one projecting structure that extends upwardly from the support panel. The projecting structure is customized in shape and size to releasably engage in a close frictional fit with at least one corresponding interface element (aperture or slot) provided on the power hand tool. The support rack is integrally formed as a unitary piece from a plastic material and thus includes no metallic or conductive components configured to provide power or electrical charging to the power hand tool (or battery pack), thereby providing a reliable physical support for same.

Tool Chest Organization Board
A system for organizing tools including a board and one or more holders. The board has a plurality of holes formed on the top surface, the plurality of holes are arranged in rows and columns at predetermined intervals, where the holes in each row and column are aligned with holes in adjacent rows and columns. The one or more holders each have a top portion and a bottom portion, where the top portion secures one end of a tool and the bottom portion has a hole dimensioned to align with the plurality of holes on the board. One or more screws secure the one or more holders to the board, where the one or more screws pass through the hole on the holder and into one of the plurality of holes on the board.

Push-button tool box with swing seat
A tool box includes a housing defining a front opening, a rear opening and an accommodation chamber in communication with the front opening and the rear opening to open to the outside; a swing seat pivotally mounted in the housing within the accommodation chamber and providing a storage rack at the bottom side, multiple insertion slots at the top side and a retaining block, a first baffle plate mounted in the housing at a front side relative to the storage rack, a second baffle plate mounted in the housing at a rear side relative to the insertion slots, a push-button, the swing seat to be biased relative to the housing to an access position when the user pushes a push-button.
Tool holding frame
A tool holding frame has a track base, a positioning board, and at least one positioning mount. The track base has a bottom panel and two rails. Each rail has a sliding channel. The positioning board is disposed on the track base and has multiple positioning segments and multiple first engaging segments. Each positioning segment has a curved positioning groove. The first engaging segments are arranged alternately with the positioning segments. The at least one positioning mount is slidably and rotatably mounted on the track base. Each positioning mount has an annular positioning flange and multiple second engaging segments. A curved part of the positioning flange is selectively engaged with one of the positioning segments. Two of the second engaging segments are selectively engaged with one of the first engaging segments.

Three-axis end-limiting tool placement structure
A three-axis end-limiting tool placement structure includes a basic face, a first-end three-axis limiting portion, a second-end X-axis limiting portion, and a sliding Z-axis limiting piece at the second end. The first end of the three-axis limiting part includes one end abutting wall, two lateral limiting walls and a pressing edge, so that the first end of the tool placement bar reaches the X, Y, Z axial limiting state. The X-axis limiting portion is used to limit at least the X-axis of the second end of the tool placement bar. The sliding Z-axis limiting piece at the second end includes a track set and a sliding cover, and the sliding cover has a release and locking positions. When the sliding cover is in locked position, the cover is blocked on the top surface of the second end of the tool placement bar, thereby forming the Z-axis in limiting state.
Tool cabinet
A tool cabinet includes a cabinet body, a hanging board having a plurality of hanging portions, two slide rail units, and at least one counterweight device. Each of the slide rail units is connected between the cabinet body and the hanging board and extends in an up-down direction, such that the hanging board is movable in the up-down direction relative to the cabinet body between a lifted position and a lowered position. The counterweight device includes a constant force spring having free and fixed ends that are respectively connected to the hanging board and the cabinet body, and providing a resilient force against the weight of the hanging board during movement between the lifted and lowered positions.
