The disclosure provides that the line arrangement is passed through the first bearing ring between the two arm parts of the proximal robot arm.
PAINTING ROBOT
An inkjet-type vehicle painting machine capable of keeping temperature elevation of a nozzle head to a certain temperature or less. The painting robot comprises a power supply means for supplying power to drive a piezoelectric substrate of a nozzle head, and a robot arm for moving the nozzle head. The nozzle head is provided in an explosion-proof housing equipped with an explosion-proof construction. A heat dissipation means that dissipates heat generated from the nozzle head within the explosion-proof housing is attached to the nozzle head. A temperature measurement means for measuring the temperature of the heat dissipation means is attached to the heat dissipation means.
Dispenser tool, robot system with dispenser tool and method for dispensing viscous material onto wind turbine blade surface
A dispenser tool (42) is provided with multiple cartridges for dispensing viscous material onto the surface (5′) of a wind turbine blade (5). The dispenser tool (42) is advantageously part of a robot system used to work the surface (5′) of the blade (5). The system is configured for bringing the nozzle of a selected cartridge into the vicinity of the surface (5′) and orienting the dispenser tool (42) relatively to the surface (5′) such that the nozzle (46) of the corresponding selected cartridge (44) is at the surface (5′) for providing viscous material onto the surface (5′) from the selected cartridge (44) while moving the nozzle (46) along the surface (5′).
DUAL MOUNTING FOR AUTOMATED REPAIR SYSTEMS
A dual mounted end-effector system mounted on a motive robot arm for preparing an object surface is described. The system includes a first tool configured to contact and prepare the object surface and a second tool configured to contact and prepare the object surface. The system also includes a force control. The force control is configured to align, in a first state, with the first tool in position to contact and prepare the object surface and, in a second state, with the second tool in a position to contact and prepare the object surface.
Carrying device, robot system, production system and control method
A carrying device includes a swivel that swivels around a central axis line of a revolution orbit that passes through a workpiece transfer area and a workpiece work area for a workpiece to be worked on by a robot, multiple workpiece holders positioned on the swivel such that when a first one of the workpiece holders is positioned in the workpiece transfer area, a second one of the workpiece holders is positioned in the workpiece work area, a revolution driver that causes the swivel to swivel around the central axis line of the revolution orbit, and a tilting driver that tilts each of the workpiece holders with respect to the central axis line of the revolution orbit.
SELF-TRACTION WIRE COATING ROBOT AND WIRE ROUTING AND WIRE HANGING METHOD
The present disclosure provides a self-traction wire coating robot and a wire routing and wire hanging method, wherein the robot includes a mounting plate, a material pushing module, a winding traction module, a coating module, a walking module and a power supply and control module, wherein the coating module and the walking module are rotatable in the extension direction of the non-overhead bare wires, when hanging wires, the coating module and the walking module are first rotated and swung to the side of the robot, an unmanned device is then used to hang a traction belt on the overhead bare wires, the winding traction module tightens the traction belt to hang the robot under the overhead bare wires, and then the coating module and the walking module are controlled to rotate and recover to the top of the robot and hang the robot on the overhead bare wire.
ROBOT-CENTERED COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A coating system includes a plurality of liquid immersion workstations positioned along an arcuate path, the plurality of liquid immersion workstations defining a single complete coating process for a sequence of objects. A plurality of curing workstations are configured to independently receive objects of the sequence of objects exiting the plurality of liquid immersion workstations. An articulated robotic arm has a base positioned inside the arcuate path in top plan view such that the robotic arm is operable to carry each object of the sequence of objects through each of the plurality of liquid immersion workstations and to exactly one of the plurality of curing workstations. An articulated robotic hand is provided at a distal end of the robotic arm and configured to grasp and hold each of the objects and to oscillate the object while submerged in each of the plurality of liquid immersion workstations.
COATING DEVICE AND WIPING METHOD
A coating device includes a head, a wiping mechanism, an arm, and a controller. The head includes a nozzle surface for discharging a coating material. The wiping mechanism wipes the nozzle surface. The arm holds the head. The controller controls movement of the head via the arm. The controller relatively moves the head with respect to the wiping mechanism to wipe the nozzle surface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UNIVERSAL TIRE DRESSING APPLICATION
Systems and methods disclosed are directed to receiving an image; performing an analysis on the image via one or more algorithms; generating tire and rim data based on an outcome of the analysis; transmitting one or more instructions including actuation of an end effector that is configured to apply tire dressing to a tire; and actuating an end effector that is configured to apply the tire dressing to the tire in accordance with the one or more instructions.
