Industrial robot and method for moving a robot arm in a clean room
An industrial robot includes a robot control configured to execute a robot program and a robot arm having a plurality of links connected by joints. The joints are configured to automatically adjust the links relative to one another according to the robot program, wherein at least one of the joints is configured as a rotary joint that connects a first link of the plurality of links to an adjacent second link for rotation relative to one another. The first link comprises a shaft sealing ring that has a sealing lip formed from a PTFE material, and the second link has a shaft portion with a running surface formed from a PTFE material, on which the shaft sealing ring bears with its sealing lip in a sealing manner. A method for moving the robot arm in a clean room is also disclosed.
REMOVABLE WRIST JOINT
A remote arm for a manipulator is disclosed, which has a boom tube having a distal end and housing a mechanical communication chain. A floating gearbox assembly is coupled to the boom tube and has an outer framework rigidly coupled to the distal end of the boom tube. An inner framework is retained by the outer framework and is rotatable relative to the outer framework. A drive gear is disposed in the inner framework. which is in mechanical communication with the mechanical communication chain. A wrist joint has a wrist joint housing and an output gear is disposed in the wrist joint housing, where the wrist joint housing is configured to detachably couple to the outer framework. The output gear is configured to mechanically communicate with the drive gear when the wrist joint housing is coupled to the outer framework.
DEVICE FOR HANDLING OF CONVEYED GOODS WITHIN A BARRIER SYSTEM
A device (1) for handling of conveyed goods (2) within a barrier system (3), comprising a manipulator (4) arranged in the barrier system (3) and having a magnetic actuator (5) for applying a magnetic force (6) to the conveyed goods (2), having a design-dependent magnetic acting direction (6) of the magnetic force (7), wherein the manipulator (4) is arranged inside the barrier system (3) and is adapted to coupling the conveyed goods (2) with the magnetic force (7) to the manipulator (4) and moving them with the manipulator (4) within the barrier system (3).

A robot includes a robot main body section including a base and a robot arm coupled to the base and including a sealed internal space, a driving section provided on the inside of the robot arm and configured to drive the robot arm, a control board provided on the inside of the base, a power supply board provided on the inside of the base and configured to supply electric power to the control board, a driving board provided on the inside of the robot arm and configured to drive the driving section based on a signal from the control board, a fan configured to stir gas on the inside of the robot main body section, and a heat sink provided on the inside of the base.
Sealing and Guiding System for a Packaging Machine
The invention relates to a sealing and guiding system for a packaging machine having a processing zone and an activation zone adjacent each other. The system has a separating wall, for separating the processing zone from the activation zone; at least a movement actuating element, which develops from the activation zone to the processing zone, crossing the separating wall and that has a longitudinal developing axis; movement actuating means, arranged in the activation zone, for moving the movement actuating element at least along a first direction transverse to the respective axis.
