Plant and Process for Preparing Drugs

The embodiments include a plant for the preparation of drugs. A casing defining at least one storage chamber in communication with at least one preparation chamber by a passage opening is provided. A compartment in the storage chamber is configured to receive a plurality of base components suitable for containing substances for the preparation of drugs. A manipulator is housed in the preparation chamber and configured to define a loading condition. The manipulator takes at least one base component from the compartment and positions it in the preparation chamber. The manipulator is configured to combine substances contained in the base components brought into the preparation chamber to form at least one finished product containing a drug. The plant includes a control unit configured to command the rotation of the component, the loading position to the manipulator, and the working condition to the manipulator for the preparation of the finished product.

CALIBRATION SYSTEM

A calibration system is of a wafer processing system. The calibration system includes a calibration substrate configured to be disposed on a plurality of support structures of the wafer processing system. The calibration substrate includes a calibration pin. The calibration substrate enables a calibration operation of a robot arm of the wafer processing system to automatically determine robot arm error of the robot arm.

The arrangement comprises a vessel receptacle having a repository for holding a vessel, an opening for introducing the vessel into the repository, and a flange for interacting with the access flange. A decontamination unit designed to, when the door is closed, the vessel receptacle is docked to the access flange and the vessel is stored in the vessel receptacle, decontaminate an outer surface of the cover. Based on this arrangement, a method for introduction is also disclosed.

Fixture for automatic calibration of substrate transfer robot

A robot calibration system includes a calibration fixture configured to be mounted on a substrate processing chamber. The calibration fixture includes at least one camera arranged to capture an image including an outer edge of a test substrate and an edge ring surrounding the test substrate. A controller is configured to receive the captured image, analyze the captured image to measure a distance between the outer edge of the test substrate and the edge ring, calculate a center of the test substrate based on the measured distance, and calibrate a robot configured to transfer substrate to and from the substrate processing chamber based on the calculated center of the test substrate.
