Cutting device with additional elements
A food cutter apparatus with a blade portion and a handle portion. The blade portion is comprised of a single rigid material. The handle portion can be comprised of the same rigid material as the blade portion or a separate rigid material. The handle portion of the food cutter apparatus is located on top of the blade portion. A grater, slicer, or other kitchen tool elements are provided integral to the blade portion. A blade cover is provided to shield the user from the blade cutting edge while utilizing the kitchen tool elements. The handle portion and blade cover act as guides for the food product while utilizing the kitchen tool elements.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FOOD DEHYDRATION
Embodiments herein include devices adaptable to dehydrate articles, including foods. Embodiments are shown which can be compacted for reduced storage, and/or shipping requirements and/or for other purposes. Embodiments include simple, inexpensive means for controlling dehydrating conditions, including airflow. Various article holding devices, including devices to hold foods being dehydrated, are also shown. Such devices include vertical, diagonal, and horizontal panels to secure articles. Embodiments shown have variations which include the use of non-motorized convection airflow, as well as devices which incorporate motor driven air movement means. Embodiments are shown which may be used for preparing articles, including foods, for dehydration, including slicing such articles.

KNIFE WITH EXTENDED HANDLE GRIP PORTION
A knife with an extended handle includes one side of the handle, either as part of the original structure or bonded or welded to that original structure, that projects or extends forward onto the base of the knife blade on one side thereof, thereby providing a gripping surface for the user's thumb, and onto or alongside the spine of the knife blade to provide a proximal phalanx platform for the user's forefinger. The spine may have a notch formed therein proximal, and wherein the finger platform rests in or alongside the notch. The finger platform may have a concave surface contour, and the concave surface contour may be coextensive with the notch.
KNIFE WITH EXTENDED HANDLE GRIP PORTION

An interchangeable cutlery system comprises a blade handle incorporating a quick-change blade mechanism, and a plurality of blades removably attachable to the handle via the mechanism, wherein the plurality of blades are selected from a group consisting of a filet knife blade, a back-serrated fillet knife blade, a clip point knife blade, a gut hook knife blade, a saw blade, a fish scaler, a large bush craft blade, and multiple lengths thereof.
