The present invention discloses a vehicular emergency device wherein the driver or passenger's are unable to escape from the vehicle due to damage from the accident. The device consists of a hand-held tool that is equipped with a removable clip, an economic handgrip, a seat belt cutter, a tungsten carbide coated steel probe that is used to shatter automotive glass with a single stroke. The device disclosed herein is made of high density molded plastic that will withstand pressures likely to be encountered in an emergency situation.

A tool with a broad rigid metal blade with a bend and a handle, with a broad flat region for insertion between 2 pieces. The tool blade has a sharp bevel inside a bend. The tool also includes a rounded scoring point for scoring paint or putty before prying without marring the underlying surface.

A cutter includes a grip, a sheath, a blade and a magnetic unit. The grip includes two edges. The sheath is transversely formed at and end of the grip. The sheath and the grip are made in one piece. The sheath includes two openings made in a rear edge thereof, on two opposite sides of the grip. The blade is formed with a cutting edge. The blade is substantially inserted in the sheath, with two sections of the cutting edge exposed to the exterior of the sheath through the openings. The magnetic unit is attached to a face of the cutter.

A corrugated sign modification kit that includes a handheld cutting device with a handle with a first end, a second end, and a handle length separating the first and second ends, a first blade member, and a blade guide member. The first blade member is coupled to the handle and has a cutting edge that faces in a longitudinal direction of the handle, extends outwardly away from the handle, and has a width of less than approximately 1 inch separating its proximal and distal ends. The blade guide member is coupled to the distal end of the first blade member, is orientated in a substantially parallel direction to the longitudinal direction of the handle, and has a distal end protruding to a point in front of the cutting edge so as to define a channel to guide inserted objects within the channel to the cutting edge.

A corrugated sign modification kit that includes a handheld cutting device with a handle with a first end, a second end, and a handle length separating the first and second ends, a first blade member, and a blade guide member. The first blade member is coupled to the handle and has a cutting edge that faces in a longitudinal direction of the handle, extends outwardly away from the handle, and has a width of less than approximately 1 inch separating its proximal and distal ends. A knife including a body having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis that extends centrally through the first end and the second end. The scoring tip axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A chisel extends from the second end of the body and the longitudinal axis of the body extends centrally through the chisel.

A knife including a body having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis that extends centrally through the first end and the second end. A knife includes a handle that includes a gripping surface; one or more blades positioned in one or more recesses of the handle that extend from an opening of the handle; a guide coupled to the blade near a distal end of the blade opposite the proximal end, the guide including a contoured surface configured to engage a workpiece wherein a portion of the guide is pointed and configured to puncture the workpiece and another portion of the guide is configured to smoothly abut an underside of the workpiece once the guide has been inserted into the workpiece, and the handle further includes cut-away regions just ahead of the leading edge of cutting edges of the one or more blades, the cut-away portions configured to provide relief for bunching sections of a workpiece being cut by the knife.

A hand-held cutting tool includes a handle, at least one cutting head with an embedded blade, the at least one cutting head being connected to the handle, and a clip connected to the handle within a recess thereof, the clip including a resilient member extending generally lengthwise along the handle. Each of the cutting head(s) is connected to the handle at an end thereof (i.e., at one or the other of two ends of the handle along a lengthwise portion thereof). The clip is connected at a base portion thereof to the handle at a location within (e.g., an interconnection location or juncture of) the recess. The clip is only connected to or in contact with the handle at the location independent of whether the resilient member (of the clip) flexes or otherwise repositions in relation to the base portion of the clip.
