A belt holder includes a top section; slats; first straps attached to the slats, a strap of the first straps being configured to at least partially hold a belt to a respective slat of the slats; second straps attached to the slats, a strap of the second straps separating a slat of the slats from an adjacent slat of the slats by a first distance, the first distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats; and wherein an end of at a first strap of the second straps and an end of a second strap of the second straps are attached to the top section and separate the top section from a topmost slat of the slats by a second distance, the second distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats with the top section.

Disclosed is a collapsible hat rack for efficiently and neatly storing a plurality of hats. In particular, the collapsible hat rack may be made up of a base unit, a pivotable arm, a plurality of rungs, and a stopping mechanism. More specifically, the base unit may be mounted on a surface such as a wall or door; and a pivotable frame may be hingedly mounted to a bottom portion of the base unit. Hats may be clamped between pivotable clamping mechanisms that are attached to each of a plurality of rungs disposed between side portions of the pivotable frame. When a top portion of the pivotable frame is rotated away from the top portion of the base unit, the pivotable frame is rotated about an axis at the bottom of the base unit until a stopping mechanism suspends the pivotable frame at a predetermined angle from the base unit.

The neckerchief case allows the silk neckerchief to be simply removed and worn while meeting all uniform inspection requirements. When not being worn, the neckerchief case protects the silk neckerchief from wrinkling, crumpling, stains, and other damage. In addition, the neckerchief case will protect the fragile silk neckerchief from getting marred (e.g. crushed, malformed, creased, etc.) during transit while travelling or on deployment.

This is done by latching the belts or linear items to the device using eyelets, clasps, clips or closeable hooks (e.g. carabiner spring hooks or reversible wire gates or closeable rings). This device stores linear items in a space-efficient way when a plurality of items attached are hung, allows better organizing and viewing of the items stored, even in a crowded space. In addition it securely attaches the items stored to the attachment mechanism and allows retrieval of items easily without the need to remove the whole device from the support member.
