The present invention discloses a new product that saves time while maintaining consistency in the sizes of the portions the user is cutting. The present invention provides a fast and efficient way to cut foods, like jelly, brownies, corn bread and sheet cake into uniformly-sized portions by being able to cut a whole sheet of product with just two cuts, one vertically and one horizontally across the pan. The portions will be of equal sizes and with neat straight lines and hence eliminates the wasting of ingredients and product by not being able to serve inconsistent portions and those which are not cut neatly. The chow lines will move much faster when perfectly-sized portions is cut and served quickly.

Cross-cut tester

A cross-cut tester includes a handle with a receiving cavity, and a plurality of blades received in the receiving cavity. One end of the handle defines an opening. The cross-cut tester further includes a plurality of gaskets received in the receiving cavity. The gaskets and the blades are positioned one-by-one, and are detachably fixed in the receiving cavity. The cross-cut tester of the present disclosure can effectively improve the efficiency of drawing lines and reduce the cost.

A dual cutting blade assembly that includes: a cylindrical handle; a receiving bracket at a first end of the cylindrical handle; a blade holder, where the blade holder mounts into the receiving bracket; two cutting blades extending from the blade holder, where the cutting blades are parallel to the cylindrical axis of the handle. Preferably, the two cutting blade are removably mounted within a cavity of the blade holder. In one exemplary embodiment, the two cutting blades may be equal in length or alternatively the two cutting blades may be unequal in length. The blade holder includes a mounting post, where the mounting post inserts into the receiving bracket. Preferably, the two cutting blades are separated at a fixed distance within the cavity or alternatively the distance between the two cutting blades varies.

The cover side walls extend downward and substantially parallel to each other from opposing end portions of the cover top. The cover side walls are spaced a predetermined distance apart to frictionally fit against outer most side surfaces of opposing outer most blades of the plurality of blades.
