KNIFE AND ASSOCIATED SHEATH
A bracelet or flexible band comprised of a flexible member that on one end is interconnected to a knife and on another end, is connected to a sheath that selectively receives the knife in the locking fashion. When needed, the knife is rotated within the sheath to facilitate release thereof from a lock that is integral with the sheath. Once removed from the sheath, the knife can be used for self-defense, cutting rope or cord in an emergency situation, or for general utility cutting tasks.
Multi-purpose flashlight
A multi-purpose flashlight having a plurality of internal and external accessories that are designed to allow the user to perform a variety of activities which increases the utility of the flashlight. Said multi-purpose flashlight includes a handle assembly and main body assembly. The handle assembly of the flashlight includes a cutting and opening assembly, a magnetic attachment means, and a bit attachment means. Meanwhile, the main body assembly including a lighter assembly, a lighting assembly, and a removable cap including a glass-breaker, the removable cap being configured to removably enclose the lighter assembly.
Bladed devices with arcing, stun, and/or shock functionality
Bladed devices that can be used for training, warning, or defense. Conductive elements are separated from the conductive blade, which can have sharp or dull edges, by an insulating material. When triggered the device can produce that can produce arcing or sparking between the conductive elements and the blade giving the device an intimidating appearance. When an opponent is near or contacts the blade, the device can shock or stun the opponent. The spark that they can be discharged when activated by the user and/or another event, such as contact with a person. The device can have any configuration, such as a knife, folding knife, dagger, sword, axe, arrow, spear, hatchet, and machete. A sheath can be used to protect sharp edges of the blade while still producing the desired electrical effects.
Multi-purpose tool
A multi-purpose tool includes a hollow elongated body with an open end providing access to a cavity within the elongated body; a first tool secured within the cavity and having a first head connected to a first extendable rod; a second tool secured within the cavity and having a second head connected to a second extendable rod; a motor connected to the first tool and second tool and to extend and retract the first extendable rod and the second extendable rod; a control center to control the motor, the control center having a first switch for operating the motor in connection with the first tool; and a second switch for operating the motor in connection with the second tool; a power source secured within the cavity and adapted to provide power to the motor; activation of the first switch causes the motor to extend the first extendable rod, wherein the first head is extended past the open end; and activation of the second switch causes the motor to extend the second extendable rod, wherein the second head is extended past the open end.
Handle with Lighting Effect
A handle having illuminating features, such as on a utility tool, the handle having a housing made up of a first housing section and a second housing section that mate with each other to define a cavity, the first housing section having a plurality of slots through which an internally positioned set of LEDs can emit. The second housing section may similarly have a plurality of protrusions and a second set of LEDs to transmit light. Translucent diffusers may be positioned between the LEDs and their respective housing sections. The utility tool may have additional tools that are spring-loaded to facilitate opening the tools and maintaining the tools in a closed configuration.
FENCE TESTER
A fence tester for testing the voltage in an electric fence comprises a handle member and a blade member pivotally coupled to the handle member between an open state extending from the handle member and a closed state partly recessed into the handle member. The handle member defines a hollow interior region, and comprises a printed circuit board having an electronic monitoring circuit therein. An antenna coupled to the electronic monitoring circuit is configured to conduct an electrical current induced therein by an electric field generated by a pulsating voltage in the electric fence when the fence tester is located adjacent the electric fence. A latching element located in the handle member operated by a manually operated operating element in the handle member latches the blade member in the open state and the closed state.
Handheld lighting device with detachable knife
A handheld lighting device is provided with a detachable knife assembly. In one example, the handheld lighting device may include a light source that generates a light beam to illuminate a scene, such as a work area. The knife assembly may be coupled to the lighting device using an attachment mechanism. The lighting device may include a slot that may receive a sleeve of the knife assembly such that the knife assembly may be secured to the lighting device. The lighting device may illuminate the work area such that a user may readily see the area that a knife of the knife assembly may cut. The light source of the lighting device may be activated using a multi-access user control that may be L-shaped and actuated from one or more locations on the user control. Additional features and related methods are also provided.
Systems and methods for restricting motor operation for wireless handheld knives
A power pack for a power tool. The power pack includes an electric motor configured to drive a power tool. The power pack also includes a motor controller with a relay circuit communicating with the electric motor. The relay circuit has a switch that may be connected to a power supply, whereby the power supply powers the electric motor. The power pack also comprises non-transitory computer-readable storage media having computer-executable instructions for monitoring operation of the power pack. When executed by at least one processor, the computer-executable instructions cause the at least one processor to: monitor input data relating to operation of the power pack; determine, based at least in part on the input data, that operation of the power pack deviated from an ideal state; and, based on the determination of deviation, cause the switch to electrically disconnect the electric motor from the power supply.
Utility Knife
A utility knife with a lockable blade is provided. The blade is selectively extended from a housing with a sliding mechanism. The blade is interconnected to a blade carrier that includes a portion configured to lock the blade in a deployed configuration. The blade carrier includes a deflectable portion that is selectively biased by the release button to unlock the blade from the deployed state. Spring force associated with a biasing member interconnected to the blade carrier draws the blade into the housing when the release button is dispersed.
CARVING KNIFE
The invention provides a carving knife. The carving knife comprises a knife handle, a blade, a light-emitting structure and a switch structure, wherein the blade is inserted into the front end of the knife handle, the light-emitting structure is mounted on the knife handle and located near the blade, the switch structure is arranged on the knife handle, electrically connected with the light-emitting structure and used for controlling on-off of the light-emitting structure. The carving knife has the advantages of being high in integration level and comfortable in use.
