Hair Clipper with Tapered Rectangular Handle
A haircutter handle is described that has upper and lower housings. The upper housing and lower housing join to form a pliable exterior surface. The handle narrows/tapers as it extends axially from a blade end to a gripping end opposite the blade. The blade has an upper oscillatory blade that oscillates over a stationary lower blade to cut hair. The handle's taper facilitates grasping by locating the motor and battery so that the center of gravity is located within the palm of the user's hand. The width and/or height at the blade end is greater than at the handle or grip end, and the reduction in height and/or width dimensions define the taper to locate the user's hand relative to the center of gravity. In some embodiments, the width tapers more than the height tapers to facilitate gripping handle about the center of gravity.
CUTTING ASSEMBLY AND TRIMMER COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided is a cutting assembly (100) for cutting hairs on skin. The cutting assembly comprises a guard plate (102) for contacting the skin. The guard plate has a first toothed edge (104A) which extends along an axis. The first toothed edge comprises guard teeth (106A). The cutting assembly further comprises a cutter plate (108) which is disposed on the guard plate. The cutter plate is slidable relative to the guard plate in directions parallel with the axis. The cutter plate comprises a second toothed edge (110A) extending parallel with the axis. The second toothed edge comprises cutting teeth (112A). The cutter plate and the guard plate are aligned such that the hairs are cut by the cutting teeth against the guard teeth when the cutter plate slides. The cutting teeth each include a cutting portion (114A) and a tip (116A). The tip is outwardly enlarged relative to the cutting portion in at least one direction parallel with the axis. The minimum space between adjacent tips is less than the minimum space between adjacent guard teeth. The tip thereby maintains overlap with at least one of the guard teeth during sliding of the cutter plate relative to the guard plate. Further provided is a trimmer including the cutting assembly.
ELECTRIC BEARD TRIMMER
A cutter system for an electric shaver and/or trimmer, having a pair of cooperating cutting elements with two rows of comb-like cutting teeth at opposite edges thereof and at least one field of cutting perforations between the rows of comb-like cutting teeth. The cutting elements are movably supported relative to each other by a support structure with an inner one of the cutting elements being sandwiched between an outer one the cutting element and the support structure. The support structure includes a pair of outer frame portions and a pair of inner frame portions supporting the inner cutting element. The inner frame portions form rigid support ribs extending from a base portion of the support structure at a steeper angle than the outer frame portions and forming rigid support edges supporting the inner cutting element along the outer edge of the field of cutting perforations.

Comb-shaped outer blade, blade unit, and electric razor
A comb-shaped outer blade that scoops up body hair while suppressing the damage to the skin. The comb-shaped outer blade includes a base part that has a rod shape and extends in a first direction, a comb-blade attachment part that has a plate shape and extends in the first direction and a second direction, open blade parts each of which has a cantilever shape and protrudes from base part in a third direction, and bent blade parts arranged alternately with the open blade parts in the first direction, the bent blade parts connecting the base part to the attachment part. Each of the bent blade parts includes a protruding part that protrudes from the base part along the third direction, bent part that is connected to a distal end of the protruding part, and connecting part that connects bent part and comb-blade attachment part in an inclined state.
SHAVER
A shaver according to an embodiment of the present invention for resolving issues comprises: a handle for gripping by a user; a power generation unit, attached to the handle, for generating rotational power; a power transmission unit which rotates by means of the rotational power generated in the power generation unit; a cartridge comprising a blade housing in which one or more blades are seated; and a power reception unit, on one surface of the cartridge so as to allow contact with the power transmission unit, for moving the blade housing linearly in accordance with the rotation of the power transmission unit, wherein the cartridge is coupled to the handle so as to allow pivoting around the pivot axis which is perpendicular to the rotational axis of the rotational power generated by the power generation unit, and the pivot axis is established so as to penetrate the power transmission unit.

Hair clipper with tapered radial handle
A haircutter handle has upper and lower housings. The upper housing and lower housing join to form a circumvoluted and/or spiraled exterior surface. The handle narrows and extends axially from a blade end to a handle or gripping end. The blade has an upper blade that oscillates over the lower blade to cut hair. The handle has a reduction taper that facilitates gripping and/or handling the handle. The taper also orients the motor and battery so that the center of gravity is positioned within the palm of the user's hand when gripping the handle. The blade end of the handle has a width and/or height that are greater than a width and/or height at the handle end. The reduction in height and/or width dimensions define a taper. In some embodiments, the width tapers more than the height tapers to facilitate gripping the handle about the center of gravity.
