A shoe changing support assembly includes a body portion defining a support surface. The shoe changing support assembly defines a shoe removal opening along a perimeter edge of the body portion. The body portion receives a portion of a shoe within the shoe removal opening to facilitate shoe removal. A support portion is coupled to the body portion and includes a first lateral support structure extending along a first axis. A second lateral support structure is spaced a distance apart from the first lateral support structure and extending along a second axis. A transverse support structure extends along a transverse axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis. The transverse support structure extends between the first lateral support structure and the second lateral support structure. The transverse support structure is coupled to the first lateral support structure and the second lateral support structure.

An apparatus can be used for assisting a user in donning a shoe, the shoe having a heel collar and a tongue, wherein the tongue has an underside. The apparatus can comprise a body that is partially receivable into the shoe. The body can have a top portion that is configured to extend above the heel collar when the body is partially received into the shoe. An inner portion can extend downwardly from the top portion. First and second projections that extend forwardly from the body and can be configured to bias against the underside of the tongue on opposing sides of the tongue.

An apparatus can be used for assisting a user in donning a shoe, the shoe having a heel collar and a tongue, wherein the tongue has an underside. The apparatus can comprise a body that is partially receivable into the shoe. The body can have a top portion that is configured to extend above the heel collar when the body is partially received into the shoe. An inner portion can extend downwardly from the top portion. First and second projections that extend forwardly from the body and can be configured to bias against the underside of the tongue on opposing sides of the tongue.

A device for aiding putting on a ski boot includes a flexible attachment member removably attached to the ski boot. The flexible attachment member includes a strap retention member at a front end. An end of a main strap is attached at a rear end of the flexible retention member. The other end of the main strap is threaded through the strap retention member and through a loop positioned on a tongue of the ski boot. The main strap is pulled to move the tongue toward the front of the ski boot to increase the opening into the ski boot. After the tongue is in an open position, the ends of the main strap are attached to one another to keep the tongue in an open position. A pair of side straps attached to the main strap can be pulled upwardly on either side of the ski boot to aid in pulling the ski boot onto the foot of the wearer.

A device for aiding putting on a ski boot includes a flexible attachment member removably attached to the ski boot. The flexible attachment member includes a strap retention member at a front end. An end of a main strap is attached at a rear end of the flexible retention member. The other end of the main strap is threaded through the strap retention member and through a loop positioned on a tongue of the ski boot. The main strap is pulled to move the tongue toward the front of the ski boot to increase the opening into the ski boot. After the tongue is in an open position, the ends of the main strap are attached to one another to keep the tongue in an open position. A pair of side straps attached to the main strap can be pulled upwardly on either side of the ski boot to aid in pulling the ski boot onto the foot of the wearer.
