UTILITY KNIFE
A utility knife and methods for using the same are disclosed. The utility knife includes a handle portion, a head unit attached to the handle portion, and a blade attached to the head unit. The handle portion is made of two parts jointed together by a hinged connection arrangement. A blade support component is also included which orients the blade in perpendicular relation to a central axis of the handle. The exemplary utility knife can safely be used in many applications with a design configured to help prevent user contact with the blade's cutting edge or edges.

Clips for multi-purpose tools
A clip that is configured to be reversibly attached to a multi-purpose tool is disclosed. The clip includes a body that has a top area and a bottom area. The bottom area includes a concave section that is configured to contact a person wearing the clip and to facilitate immobilizing the clip on the person. The top area includes a loop formed by two parallel and integrally connected sides, with a space located between the two parallel and integrally connected sides being configured to receive a portion of the person's clothing. The top area further includes an attachment means that is configured to reversibly connect the clip to a key ring hole of the multi-purpose tool.

CUTTING AND PIERCING SYSTEMS
Contemplated cutting systems are provided that include a blade, a blade holder, and a non-cutting surface. The non-cutting surface is configured to contact a surface to be cut. As the cutting system is moved across the surface and the non-cutting surface is rotated against the surface, the blade is configured to (i) pierce the surface with a first piercing edge and (ii) cut the surface with a first cutting edge. Contemplated cutting systems can be incorporated into hand or machine operated cutting tools.

DEBURRING CUTTER
The present invention generally relates to cutting devices. Specifically, the present invention relates to a deburring cutter device. In some examples, the deburring cutter includes a handle module, a blade, and a blade cover. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the handle module includes a blade holder configured with a blade cavity having walls which are adapted to reversibly secure the blade, allowing the blade to be selectively removed.

Cutting device having a locking member
A cutting device is disclosed. The cutting device has a housing and a carriage that is movably disposed in the housing, the carriage being movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The cutting device also has a cutting member that is removably disposable in the carriage and a cover member that is removably attachable to the housing. The housing has a locking member. When the carriage is in the extended position and the cover member is attached to the housing, the locking member locks the cover member to the housing. When the cutting member is disposed in the carriage in the extended position, the cutting member is retained in the housing by the locked cover member.
Safety Cutter with Blade Change/Storage Mechanism
A cutter apparatus includes a housing and a blade holder coupled to the housing, wherein the housing includes a distal portion (e.g., a blade storage compartment) that is both slidably and pivotally coupled to portions of the housing and configured to serve as a cover for the blade holder. The cutter apparatus can also include a cover release device configured to facilitate repositioning the cover between a locked position at which the cover is secured to the housing and a released position at which at least a portion of the cover is free to pivotally reposition away from the housing providing access to the blade holder.
