SCISSORS WITH INTEGRATED COMB HAVING BLADE-BASED MEASUREMENT PORTIONS
One embodiment provides a pair of scissors, including: a first scissor member being pivotally connected to a second scissor member with a joint member at connecting portions; each of the first scissor member and the second scissor member comprising: an upper surface, a lower surface, an inner side, an outer side, a cutting edge on the inner side, a measurement portion positioned on the upper surface abutting the cutting edge and spanning a length thereof, and gripping means; wherein the first scissor member comprises a first integrated comb portion having a first plurality of teeth; wherein the second scissor member comprises a second integrated comb portion having a second plurality of teeth. Other aspects are described and claimed.
Hair cutting device adapted for cutting one's own hair
A hair cutting device adapted for cutting one's own hair comprises a comb piece having teeth with smooth comb edges near open ends and sharp cutting edges near closed ends, a moving cutting arm with sharp cutting teeth in contact and rough alignment with the sharp cutting edges of the comb piece, capable of reciprocating sideways back and forth and cutting hair in conjunction with the sharp cutting edges of the comb piece, and a hair guard in close proximity along their lengths. The hair guard can be lowered to expose the sharp cutting edges of the comb piece and moving cutting arm to cut hair or raised above the sharp cutting edges to work as a comb.
EDGED TOOL STORAGE DEVICE
An edged tool storage device storing a kitchen knife and the like has a structure including a pedestal, a support rod that extends in a substantially vertical direction from the pedestal, and a first edged tool cover and a second edged tool cover that are removably connected to the support rod and store edged tools, in which each of the first edged tool cover and the second edged tool cover includes a holding part that is elastically fitted onto the support rod and thus holds the support rod, and is removably connected to the support rod by the holding part, and the holding part of the first edged tool cover and the holding part of the second edged tool cover are different in height when connected to the support rod.
