Deconstructed floor mat
A multi-component floor mat has a base or frame layer, intended to be positioned on the floor, that is dimensioned to accommodate a flexible textile mat or rug top layer portion that is releasably held in place on or in the base or frame layer by an attachment coupling feature associated with one or both portions, thereby allowing for the easy removal or replacement of the textile top layer of the mat and its economical laundering.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LEAD-INS FOR ANTI-FATIGUE FLOOR MATS
Examples of the present disclosure are related systems and methods for lead-ins for anti-fatigue floor mats. More particularly, embodiments disclose lead-ins with tapered ends with variable heights that transition from a floor level to a mat surface level to enable drop stitch-mats to be used in residential and commercial areas.
WATER-REDISPERSIBLE POLYMER POWDERS FOR CARPET COATING COMPOSITIONS
The use of redsipersible polymer powders containing no organic emulsifier for a binder in the production of carpeting is surprisingly superior to use of the same polymers in the form of an aqueous dispersion. Tuft removal force in particular, is improved. The compositions contain no thickener, or a reduced level of thickener.

YOGA TOWEL
A yoga towel with mat retaining elements can provide a capability to receive and retain a mat. By attaching the mat with the yoga towel, the yoga towel can stay on the yoga mat more effectively. This disclosure includes various types of mat retaining elements. First, a mat retaining element can be a strap located near the middle of a mat. The strap allows for a mat to slide between the strap and a portion of the yoga towel. Second, a mat retaining element can be a pocket located near at least one end of the yoga towel. The pocket can be limited to one side of the mat. The pocket can also be on both sides of the mat. While the yoga towel can include mat retaining elements, the yoga towel can be used without a mat, in some embodiments, and can function as a mat, for example.
OPTIMIZED CHAIR MAT SHAPE
A chair mat including a body having a perimeter. The perimeter is defined by a rear linear portion disposed opposite an arcuate lip portion, left and right rear arcuate portions separated by the rear linear portion, a left front arcuate portion separated from the left rear arcuate portion by a left linear portion, a right front arcuate portion separated from the right rear arcuate portion by a right linear portion, a left arcuate inwardly projecting portion separating the left front arcuate portion and the arcuate lip portion, and a right arcuate inwardly projecting portion separating the right front arcuate portion and the arcuate lip portion.
FLOOR COVERING WITH UNIVERSAL BACKING AND METHODS OF MAKING AND RECYCLING
A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer operatively connected to the stitches to provide dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. The reinforcement layer is made of fibers that are initially contained within a composition of adhesive and fibers. Mixing of the adhesive/fibers composition and/or injection of compressed air, assists in preparing the adhesive and fiber composition to be in the preferred condition and position prior to the forming of the reinforcement layer. Multiple sources of pressure, including vacuum, are applied in a controlled manner for moving the adhesive and fiber composition to form a reinforcement layer of fibers that is operatively connected to the stitches and/or to form a layer of fibers and adhesive that is contained within the stitches. The universal floor covering is selectively cut and transported in a roll for installation, and it can be conveniently recycled if necessary.

PLAYMAT
A playmat system includes a series of isosceles right triangle tiles and edge tiles. Advantageously, the triangle shaped tiles and edge tiles have one or of two color or patterns or more. The triangle shaped tiles and edge tiles have complementary edges which allow the triangle tiles to be interlockingly engaged with one another along either hypotenuse edges or like edges to thereby produce a number of different patterns when laid out and interconnected.
Production Method of Continuous Carpet Mat
The present invention discloses a production method of continuous carpet mat, it includes the following process steps: providing carpet, buffering, commence gluing, drying, and commence pressing and cutting. With the implementation of the present invention, process steps of different production speeds in production lines can be coordinated and combined to make whole production line easy to be maintained and non-stop producing even when any process step stopped for maintenance or malfunctioning. Manpower, production time, machinery cost, material cost and the whole production cost can be greatly reduced, thus efficient production lines are provided and competitiveness of the industry is greatly improved.
