Onion chopper
An onion chopper includes a food reservoir supporting a blade tray and having a lid attached for pivotal movement toward and away from the lid and blade tray. The lid includes at least one grid of projections configured to push through a corresponding grid of blades in the blade tray to chop the onion. A cleaning grid is provided for attachment to the grid of blades. The grid of blades forms a peripheral skirt surrounding a lower container for collecting bits of chopped onion or other foods.
Dicer
A dicer is provided with a power output shaft in the container, and deceleration components and cutter disks on the output shaft. The cutter disks comprises a slicing cutter disk and a dicing cutter disk, a block in the container cover, a handle in the slicing cutter disk, and through-holes in the dicing cutter disk. The dicer is able to cut food into pieces with the same shape and size, and the dicing effectiveness is substantially perfect. The deceleration components have simple structure, which occupy small space and are convenient for household use. The handle is provided on the slicing cutter disk to facilitate detachment of the slice cutter disk for cleaning, and a through-hole is defined in the dicing cutter disk to facilitate detachment of the cutter disk for cleaning. The block makes the slicing cutter disk stable when rotating, to facilitate dicing.
Produce Slicer
Produce slicers for slicing produce include a frame. A blade assembly is removably and interchangeably received within the frame. A pusher head is removably and interchangeably received within the frame. The produce slicer includes a cover, at least one target ring in the cover defines a first target area. The blade assembly includes at least one blade set with a first frame bar and a second frame bar and a plurality of blades extend therebetween. The pusher head includes a pusher head body and at least one produce pusher with a plurality of fins extending in a direction away from the pusher head body.
Knife Having Beam Elements
A knife including a cutting edge, a fixed edge, and a plurality of beam elements connecting the cutting edge to the fixed edge, each of the beam elements having a beam element extent oriented between about 20 degrees and about 80 degrees off of the cutting edge, each beam element separated from adjacent beam elements by a reduced stiffness zone, each reduced stiffness zone having a reduced stiffness zone extent oriented from about 20 degrees to about 80 degrees off of the cutting edge. The knife can be employed in a process and an apparatus for cutting a web.
DEVICE FOR THE COMMINUTION OF FOODSTUFFS
The invention relates to a device for comminuting foodstuffs, having a base part which has a receptacle for a cutting part, and having an actuation part that is connected in an articulated manner to the base part and is pivotable toward the base part in order for a product to be comminuted to be pushed along a pushing through direction through a cutting part that is inserted into the receptacle. The device is distinguished in that a plurality of cutting parts are present and in that the receptacle is configured for receiving at least two cutting parts on top of one another such that product to be comminuted by means of a pivoting movement of the actuation part toward the base part is capable of being pushed through the cutting parts that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle wherein the two cutting parts are disposable at different mutual relative rotary alignments in the receptacle.
Convertible slicing/dicing mandolin
The cutting device can be used to slice, make julienne strips, and/or dice food items. In dicing, preferably the horizontal slicer blade is retracted during a first pass of the slider past the julienne blades, and after the slider has been rotated by 90, during a second pass, the horizontal blade is erected to make the horizontal cut and complete the dicing operation. A slicing width adjustment is provided with a large diameter threaded member being adjustable to support a movable platform, with an adjustable locking mechanism to support the end of the platform nearest the horizontal cutting blade.
Food cutting assembly
A food cutting assembly for cutting a food item into a plurality of cubes includes a stand that may be positioned on a support surface. A box is coupled to the stand and a drawer is slidably positioned within the box. A plurality of cutting units is provided. A selected one of the cutting units is removably coupled to the box. The selected cutting unit may have a food item placed thereon and the selected cutting unit selectively cuts the food item. A press is movably coupled to the stand. The press is urged downwardly toward the selected cutting unit to press the food item through the selected cutting unit. Thus, the selected cutting unit cuts the food item.
Dog Food Slicing Assembly
A dog food slicing assembly includes a base that has a plurality of first engagements and a plurality of second engagements. A cutting guide is positionable on the base and each of the second engagements releasably engages the cutting guide for retaining the cutting guide on the base. The cutting guide has concave channel to receive a roll of dog food and a plurality of cutting slots distributed along the cutting guide. A cutting blade is sequentially insertable into each of the plurality of the cutting slots in the cutting guide to slice the roll of dog food into a plurality of disks. A lid is positionable on the base each of the plurality of first engagements releasably engages the lid. A storage recess integrated into the lid and a pair of tongs is stored in the storage recess gripping the plurality of disks of dog food.
