METHOD FOR CUTTING OBJECTS OUT OF AN AT LEAST PARTIALLY TWO-PLY WEB OF MATERIAL BY MEANS OF A CUTTING DEVICE
Method for cutting objects out of an at least partially two-ply web of material by means of a cutting device, wherein two material plies are connected to one another at least partially in a linear, strip-like and/or areal manner. The position of the respective object to be cut out is detected contactlessly on the basis of changes in structure in the material, these being part of the object which arise on account of those regions in the web of material which are connected to one another in a linear, strip-like and/or areal manner. The position of the object is detected in the web of material at least on the basis of previously determined and stored, prominent and spaced-apart geometrical part shapes of those regions of the object which are connected to one another in a linear, strip-like and/or areal manner.
CUTTING APPARATUS
A cutting apparatus includes a chuck table for holding a workpiece, a cutting blade for cutting the workpiece which is held by the chuck table, and a blade cover disposed in covering relation to an outer circumference of the cutting blade. The workpiece is cut in a dry state by the cutting blade while cut dusts produced from the workpiece and rotating with the cutting blade are being discharged through a tubular member under suction by a cut dusts retrieving unit mounted on the blade cover.
PELLETIZER APPARATUS
This pelletizer apparatus includes an observation unit for observing, from the outside of a housing chamber, a cut section of a synthetic resin cut by cutting teeth inside the housing chamber. The observation unit includes an optical system which sends an optical image of the cut section from the inside of the housing chamber to the outside of the housing chamber. Thus, with this pelletizer apparatus, the cut section can be visually checked clearly via the optical system.
Method and device for separating products grouped in blister packs
Device for separating products grouped in blister packs with a plurality of pockets. The device includes a system for identifying the positions of the pockets relative to the edge of the blister pack. The system for identifying the positions of the pockets relative to the edge of the blister pack includes a three-dimensional profiling device and/or a photometric stereo viewing system.
Cutting machine
A cutting machine having a work surface, configured to accommodate at least one object to be cut, a working group, which is movable above the work surface including a receptacle device for accommodating a replaceable cutting tool, and a processing unit for controlling the cutting machine and storage capacity for providing a database, characterized by a first sensor unit, which is designed to detect individual items of identification information of the cutting tool and to provide detected items of identification information to the processing unit, wherein the processing unit is designed to recognize the cutting tool based on the items of identification information, to detect operating data of the cutting tool and store these data in the database, wherein the operating data comprise at least one operating time of the cutting tool, and to carry out operational monitoring of the cutting tool based on the operating data.
A CUTTING DEVICE ADAPTED TO BE PLACED ABOVE A GAP EXTENDING ACROSS A CARRYING SURFACE OF A CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A cutting device adapted to be placed above a gap extending across a carrying surface of a conveyor system with the cutting plane of the cutting device extending through the gap. The cutting device cuts food items into smaller food items via rotational movement of the cutting device while the food items conveyed by the conveyor system pass the gap. The cutting device includes an arm and a cutting blade mounted to one end of the arm. The opposite end of the arm is adapted to be mounted to a driving unit for supplying rotational movement of the arm and thus the cutting blade. A cutting edge side of the cutting blade engages with the food item under an angle such that the cutting blade exerts with a downwardly facing force onto the food item and towards the carrying surface of the conveyor system during the cutting.
Digitally assisted compensation of misalignments in die cutting of cardboard
A system and a method for compensating misalignments of a die for cutting cardboard of a die cutter. The system comprises a processor configured to detect height-correcting elements in an image of a correction template for the die, and further configured to produce a digital file comprising a digital representation of detected height-correcting elements; and an optical device for projecting images configured to project the digital representation of the digital file on a pressure compensation plate of the die cutter. The method comprises digitally detecting height-correcting elements in an image of a correction template for the die; producing a digital representation of detected height-correcting elements; and projecting the digital representation on a pressure compensation plate of the die cutter.
Cutting equipment for RFID tire tag
A cutting equipment for radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tags includes: a cling film peeling unit (1) for peeling off the cling film on a material strip; a transport unit (2) for transporting the material strip; a visual detection unit (3) for detecting the position of the material strip; and a cutting and grabbing unit (4) for cutting the material strip and conveying the cutting-formed radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tag to a placement position. The cutting equipment for radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tag can not only improve the processing efficiency and save costs, but also effectively improve the processing accuracy of the radio frequency identification (RFID) tire tags and avoid secondary pollution of the material strip.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING FISH PORTIONS
A method of processing fish portions determines at a control unit a target weight of a cut fish portion; inspects a fish portion using an inspection unit to determine a mass distribution of said fish portion and providing said mass distribution to the control unit; calculates a cutting plan of the poultry fish portion based on the target weight and the mass distribution using the control unit; uses a mechanical gripper so as to grip the fish portion and arrange said poultry fish portion for execution of the cutting plan; and cuts the fish portion using a cutting unit in accordance with the cutting plan so as to produce a cut fish portion in accordance with the target weight. A system for processing fish portions is configured to perform the foregoing method, among others.
AN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CHANGING A BLADE OF A ROTARY DIE CUTTER, PARTICULARLY FOR FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINES
Apparatus (1) for changing a blade of a rotary die cutter, particularly for flexographic printing machines: a magnetic cylinder (3) configured to receive and support a die-cutting blade (5, 5′); a station (7) for inserting the blade (5, 5′) has a retention device (70) configured to retain the blade (5) in the insertion station; a guiding device (71) guides the blade (5, 5′) toward the magnetic cylinder (3); a station (9) for extracting the blade (5, 5′), has an extraction device (90) configured to remove the blade (5, 5′) from the magnetic cylinder (3).
