Press punching machine and respective method of punching apertures in elongated nonferric enclosed polygonally profiled workpieces
A press punching machine and respective method of punching apertures in elongated non-ferric enclosed polygonally profiled workpieces are described. The press punching machine includes a base plate; a mounting framework; a driving mechanism; a male die; a pedestal; a polygonal female die matrix including: a polygonal cross-section; at least one counter-opening; at least one driven magnet; at least one indicatory magnet; at least one driving magnet configured to interact with the at least one driven magnet and a magnetic element configured to interact with the indicatory magnet embedded into the polygonal female punch die matrix.
BALL-LOCK PUNCH RETAINER INSERTS
A ball-lock tool retainer insert includes a retainer insert body having a generally flat top and bottom face and a generally elongated non-circular cross-section. A lower portion and an upper portion of the retainer insert body each have a constant cross-section with the upper portion cross-section being larger than the lower portion cross-section thereby forming an enlarged shoulder. The retainer insert body has a tool aperture with a constant cross-section extending from the top face to the bottom face for receiving a tool and an angle hole adjacent the tool aperture extending from the top face and partially extending into the tool aperture for holding a ball lock. The retainer insert body is adapted to be received by a retainer block having a generally elongated non-circular hole with a counterbore such that the enlarged shoulder of the retainer insert body fits into the counterbore.
VACUUM BELT DEBURRING ASSEMBLY
A deburring apparatus includes (among other components) a frame and an elongated flat element connected to the frame. Rollers are adapted to support and rotate a vacuum belt around the apparatus. A perforation device is positioned and adapted to make perforations in the vacuum belt as the vacuum belt is rotated by the rollers. Making the perforations in the vacuum belt causes debris to remain in at least one of the perforations. The elongated flat element is positioned to contact the debris in the perforations.

Making the perforations in the vacuum belt causes debris to remain in at least one of the perforations. The elongated flat element is positioned to contact the debris in the perforations.
INKJET BASED ROLL WITH PUNCH-OUT CARDS
Implementations of an inkjet based roll with punch-out cards comprising a carrier sheet having a top side and a bottom side, where the carrier sheet comprises a plurality of cut-outs, where for each cut-out, a patch/tape is applied to the bottom-side of the carrier sheet to cover the cut-out, and a card (e.g., a polyester plastic card) is attached to the patch through the cut-out from the top side of the carrier sheet. In some implementations, the card and the patch comprise perforations to create a punch-out card. In some implementations, the patch/tape is made from an opaque material having an adhesive on a first side on which the card is adhered. In some implementations, a method of using the inkjet based roll with punch-out cards comprises cutting a plurality of holes in a roll of a carrier sheet where the carrier sheet has a top side and a bottom side. In some implementations, the method further comprises applying to the bottom-side of the carrier sheet a patch/tape to cover the cut-out. In some implementations, the method further comprises attaching a card (e.g., a polyester plastic card) to the patch through the cut-out from the top side of the carrier sheet. In some implementations, the method further comprises perforating the patch and the card from the bottom-side of the carrier sheet. In the method, in some implementations, UV light is not used to dry the adhesive of the patch/tape.
