Modular container holder
A modular container holder comprising a backing panel and a basket portion, the backing panel has a selectively attachable mounting panel assembly adapted to detachably secure the modular container holder to a vertical mounting surface, the basket portion projects forwardly from the backing panel and is adapted to receive and retain a container. A contiguous modular arrangement of multiple modular containers positioned in column or row configurations allows multiple containers to be stored, while the basket portion is tilted forwardly to prevent the obstruction of basket openings when the modular container holders are vertically stacked in the column configuration.

Rotary joint assembly and combination clip-hook and jewelry piece employing the rotary joint assembly
This invention provides a combination clip and hook (clip) for use generally in suspending articles having shoulder or hand straps, or carrying other accessories, such as keys, which is rotatably movable about a rotary joint between a first position in which two opposing, rotatably joined portions of the overall clip structure are oriented together to form a continuous, enclosed shape that can be secured around another strap or loop on an item or piece of clothing, and a second position in which the two portions of the structure are rotated out of the enclosed shape, and into, for example, a substantially S-shaped hook in which one portion of the structure supports the strap of the item and the other portion can be applied to a clothing hook, chair back, table surface, door top, or other supporting member.
Utensil retention organizer
An eating utensil organizer is provided having a base providing a lower support surface adapted to provide a stabilized surface for placement on a table or high chair tray. The housing forms an outer perimeter, and a vertical housing support connects the housing to the base. A plurality of utensil supports each connect a utensil to the outer perimeter in a cantilevered fashion. The lower support surface may include an attachment mechanism such as a suction cup or a weighted ballast. A rotatable hinge allows the housing to rotate radially relative to the base in a manner adapted to allow access to each of said utensil supports. Each utensil support is tethered between the housing and a utensil to a length sufficiently short such as to prevent the utensil from hitting a floor if dropped from a table top or high chair.
MOUNTING DEVICE
A mounting device (1) comprising: a bracket (2), the bracket (2) having a top surface, side surfaces, a rear surface and a front surface; an adhesive pad (4), the adhesive pad (4) comprising a rear surface and a front surface, wherein the rear surface is attached to the rear surface of the bracket (2) and the front surface comprises an adhesive layer; a cover (3), a frame or a bar, wherein the cover (3), the frame or the bar is removably attached to the bracket (2) and either comprises at least one means (8) for attaching an object or has an object integrally attached.

Over-the-door hanging apparatus
An over-the-door hanging apparatus. In one aspect, the apparatus include a mirror apparatus having a rear surface, first and second mounting elements located on the rear surface of the mirror apparatus opposite sides of the vertical centerline; a first elongate member having a first bracket for engaging a top edge of a door, a first hook, and a second hook, and a second elongate member having a second bracket for engaging the top edge of the door, a first hook, and a second hook. The mirror apparatus may be mounted to the first elongate member through slidable mating between the first mounting element and one of the first and second hooks of the first elongate member slidable mating between the second mounting element and one of the first and second hooks of the second elongate member.
Holder
A flexible holder for fish hooks or other items on boats, for jewelry or other items in dressing rooms, or for any small items anywhere the flexible holder can be engaged. The flexible holder has, in order, a rear release layer, a pressure sensitive rear layer, a substrate layer, a laminating adhesive layer, a layer of plastic or vinyl, a pressure sensitive adhesive front layer, and a front release layer.
