Dispensing device
Disclosed is a manual pouring device or belonging, suitable for piercing and emptying a granular material contained in a vacuum-sealed package, including: a tubular body, having a duct for the flow of the material, extending from an inlet opening positioned at a first end of the tubular body to an outlet opening for the granular material, positioned at a second end of the tubular body; and a hollow piercing tool having a distal end ending in a pointed tip, and a widened base at the proximal end thereof, rigidly connected to the body. The device further includes a shoulder serving as a stop, configured to come into contact with the wall of the package to stop the pouring device when the wall is pierced by the piercing tool.

Punch device for marking drilled holes
In a punch device (100) with a marking element (110) for marking drilled holes to be applied with positional accuracy for the purpose of the positionally accurate positioning of an object to be attached to a wall (200), in situ correctable and thus accurately definable marking of drilled holes to be inserted into a wall (200) for the attachment of objects to the wall (200) is achieved in that the marking element (110) at least for the most part is reciprocally mounted inside a housing (120), which is provided with a front positioning element (130) close to the wall provided with a central opening (131) for mounting a supporting element (150) connected to the marking element (110) for positioning the punch device (100) on a wall (200), as well as with a mounting element (140) provided with a drilled hole (141) for mounting a supporting element (150) connected to the marking element (110), which mounting element has a means for the releasable attachment of the punch device (100) to the object to be attached to the wall (200).

UTILITY SCISSORS ASSEMBLY
A utility scissors assembly structured to facilitate the cutting and/or punching a hole in a material item, through the provision of a combination scissors device and a retractable punch mechanism. A utility scissors assembly includes two pivotally connected utility members pivotable between a open and a closed position, each including a blade portion and a handle portion. The punch mechanism may be connected to a utility member and pivotable thereon into and out of an exposed, operative orientation corresponding to the utility member. The second utility member may include an aperture disposed and structured to engage and receive the correspondingly aligned punch mechanism, at least when the punch mechanism is in the operative orientation and the utility members are in the closed position.

Cutting tools for sample preparation
A cutting tool is shown for cutting, handling and then ejecting disks of material cut from a sheet or like material, the tool comprising: a body having a proximal end adapted to be rotatably driven about an axis, and having a distal end including a generally cylindrical cutting portion rotatable about said axis for cutting and receiving said disks; an ejector slideable parallel with the axis and within said cylindrical cutting portion for ejecting the received cut disks; and a grip rotatably mounted to the body such that the grip can be held without substantial rotation while the body is rotated said grip being operable to cause said sliding of the ejector and for ejecting the disks.
