A tool and method for puncturing a lid of a vacuum sealed bottle to release the vacuum and allow easy opening. A point extends down from the tool, and force may be exerted against the tool by the palm or thumb of a user causing the point to penetrate the lid. The point preferably extends between 3/16 inches and 1/16 inches down from the handle, and more preferably about 3/16 inches. In some embodiments the tool is mushroom shaped having a wider round or oval upper portion for grasping and a narrower lower portion centered under the upper portion of the handle, the point extending down from the lower portion.

Disclosed is a punching apparatus, for a coil bound notebook, which divides into many an object to be bound such as a notebook, a book, an album and the like, then punches same while sequentially moving same and enables easy feeding of the object to be bound, for which the punching has been completed, to a subsequent coil binding position. A punching apparatus for a coil bound notebook, according to the present invention, has first and second alignment plates which are provided on a table on which an object to be coil bound is placed, a punch for punching into the object to be bound binding holes into which a coil spring is inserted, and a moving means for the object to be bound for moving the object to be bound to and from the punch. The moving means for the object to be bound comprises: a main body having a lower plate which is mounted on a support, a vertical plate which is fixed on the lower plate, and an upper plate which is fixed on the vertical plate so as to have the central part open; an LM guide having a rail which is fixed on the main body and a block which is coupled to the rail; a saddle which is fixed on the block of the LM guide and has a plurality of step layers formed on one side; a plurality of unit moving units which have formed thereon clips, dividing the object to be bound and holding single sheet bundles, to become sequentially higher and each of which is mounted on each of the step layers of the saddle; and a saddle moving unit which has a supporting plate fixed on the saddle, a first cylinder of which an operating shaft is fixed on the supporting plate, a fixing plate for fixing the rear of the first cylinder, and a screw rod for screw coupling one side of the fixing plate, coupling a handle to the front end and rotatably mounted on frontal and rear supporting plates fixed on the main body.

A fruit and clove pomander kit for efficiently creating a pomander using fruit and cloves. The fruit and clove pomander kit includes a carving and piercing tool having a piercing end adapted to create pierced holes within a fruit and a carving end opposite of the piercing end. The kit further includes a plurality of dried cloves, a rubber band, a writing instrument and at least one hanger hook. The hanger hook is comprised of a helical portion, an engaging portion extending upwardly from the helical portion and an end portion extending downwardly from the helical portion opposite of the engaging portion. The end user uses the kit to create a pomander with a piece of fruit.

A fruit and clove pomander kit for efficiently creating a pomander using fruit and cloves. The fruit and clove pomander kit includes a carving and piercing tool having a piercing end adapted to create pierced holes within a fruit and a carving end opposite of the piercing end. A container top punch apparatus which is suitable for forming an air pressure equalization opening in a beverage or other liquid dispensing container for equalization of air pressure between the interior and exterior of the container may include an apparatus housing. A punch assembly may include a punch shaft slidably disposed in the apparatus housing. The punch shaft may be retractable in a pre-punching position in the apparatus housing and extendable from the apparatus housing to a punching position. A punch spring may be disposed in the apparatus housing. The punch spring may apply a punching force to the punch shaft and normally bias the punch shaft in the punching position. A finger lever may engage the punch shaft. The finger lever may be operable to facilitate digital retention of the punch shaft in the pre-punching position and digital release of the punch shaft for deployment of the punch shaft from the pre-punching position to the punching position via the punching force, responsive to operation of the punch spring.

A combination office supply tool includes an upper member hingedly attached to a lower member, a staple portion located in the upper member, and a hole punch portion including a hole punch extension located on a lower surface of the upper member and projecting towards the lower member. The staple portion includes a staple dispenser for discharging staples towards the lower member and a staple track for urging staples towards the staple dispenser. The hole punch portion includes a hole punch base attached to an upper surface of the lower member for receiving the hole punch extension within an aperture of the hole punch base.

The kitchen utensil provides the consumer a unique method for cutting a sandwich, which includes perforating or a complete and clean cut. The kitchen utensil while upright with the top portion resting in the palm of the consumer's hand with downward pressure being applied and rocked from end to end will push the bottom portion made up of the kitchen utensil blade or cutting side consisting of both comb like teeth in the center and wide blades on either end through the sandwich. The sandwich after being perforated will maintain its traditional square or rectangular shape so the consumer can place and remove the sandwich in and out of a sandwich bag.
