Button anchor and button attachment system
A sewing accessory, namely, a button anchor and attachment system, with a button head and an anchor part. The anchor part includes two prongs that are attached to each other and the button head at the back face of the button head. The button anchor is attached to a garment by using a button anchor hole-puncher tool to punch a hole through the garment, inserting the anchor part of the button anchor in a closed position through the hole, and then bending the two prongs of the anchor part apart into an open position. The button anchor hole-puncher tool has a small blade on the front end and a handle on the back end.

A medical device (1300) for holding an annuloplasty ring (101) is disclosed comprising a support (102) defining first and second peripheral edges (103, 126) each with a curvature about which said cardiac valve implant can be fitted, wherein the support comprises a grip section (128, 129) positioned between and connected with the first and second peripheral edges at opposite sides of the grip section, the grip section defining an opening for engagement with a gripper tool in use of the support, wherein said grip section is recessed inwards from either of said first and second peripheral edges thereby defining said opening between said support and said cardiac valve implant when held in place by said support. A method of manufacturing a medical device is disclosed.

The present invention is a gourd cutting apparatus and kit and method of use. The apparatus comprises a gourd cutter formed in a predetermined shape and adapted so as to be drive through the shell of a gourd such that a predetermined shape is removed from the gourd. The kit comprises a plurality of differently shaped gourd cutters preferably shaped such that a combination of Jack-O-Lantern faces can be created by mixing and matching the differently shaped gourd cutters and cutting predetermined shapes from a gourd such that a face of the user's liking is cut from the gourd. The Kit also preferably includes instructions having sample face designs and a package within which the cutters and instructions are provided.

The present invention provides a lid puncture device having a hemispheric main body, a resilient compressible component, a flexible magnetic disk, and a piercing pin. The hemispheric main body has a domed surface and a flat surface. The flat surface of the main body has a recessed region surrounding a central pillar. The resilient compressible component is housed within and attached to the recessed region of the hemispheric main body. The flexible magnetic disk is attached to the resilient compressible component. The piercing pin is attached to the hemispheric main body and held axially within the central pillar. A process of opening a vacuum-packed jar with the lid puncture device is also provided. The process includes placing the flexible magnetic disk of the lid puncture device onto a lid of the vacuum-packed jar and striking the domed surface.
