HOLE PUNCHER
A hole puncher is provided, including: a frame, including a base and a guide portion, the base including at least one punching hole, the guide portion including at least one guide hole corresponding to the at least one punching hole, there being a distance between the punching hole and the guide hole; an operating lever, provably connected to the frame; at least one punching rod, driven by the operating lever, being relatively movable within the at least one guide hole and movable to come within or out from the at least one punching hole, each punching rod including a first straight section, a second straight section and a tapered section which is tapered from the first straight section toward the second straight section.
BUNDLE BREAKER HAVING PASS THROUGH SECTION
A bundle breaker includes an upstream breaking section and a downstream breaking section and a platen over each breaking section for clamping a log to the respective breaking section. First and second actuators are configured to move the first and second platens, and a third actuator is configured to move the downstream breaking section relative to the upstream breaking section to break a bundle from a log. An input conveyor is located at the input end of the upstream breaking section and has a first portion that is foldable relative to a second portion to create a gap in the bundle breaker through which a worker can pass.
BUNDLE BREAKER PLATEN HAVING AIR BLADDERS AND BUNDLE BREAKER INCLUDING THE PLATEN
A bundle breaker includes upstream and downstream breaking supports, platens over the breaking supports and actuators for moving the platens toward and away from the breaking supports. Each of the platens includes a plurality of air bladders each having a bottom contact surface facing one of the breaking supports. The actuators move the platens to selectively clamp a log between the bottom contact surfaces of the air bladders and the breaking supports. A third actuator shifts an input end of the downstream breaking support relative to an output end of the upstream breaking support from a first position to a second position to break a first portion of the log from a second portion of the log.
BUNDLE BREAKER WITH SERVO-MOTOR CONTROL
A bundle breaker has upstream and downstream breaking supports each having an input end and an output end. A first platen is located above the upstream breaking support, and a second platen is located above the downstream breaking support, and each platen has an actuator for moving the respective platen toward and away from the breaking supports to selectively clamp a log between the platens and the breaking supports. A third actuator is configured to apply a shifting force to the downstream breaking support to shift the input end of the downstream breaking support relative to the output end of the upstream breaking support from a first position toward a second position to break the second portion of the log from the first portion of the log. The first actuator and/or the second actuator and/or the third actuator includes at least one servo motor.
ADJUSTABLE BREAK BUNDLE BREAKER
A bundle breaker has upstream and downstream breaking supports and first and second platens located above the breaking supports that are configured to be raised and lowered by actuators to selectively clamp a log between the platens and the breaking supports. A third actuator applies a shifting force to the downstream breaking support to shift an input end of the downstream breaking support relative to an output end of the upstream breaking support to break a second portion of the log from a first portion of the log. A controller controls the first actuator and the second actuator and the third actuator. Also, the controller is configured to stop or reduce the application of the shifting force in response to a determination that the second portion of the log has broken off the first portion of the log.
CUTTING TOOL AND A HOLE PUNCH WITH THE SAME
A cutting tool of a hole punch has an outer circumferential wall extending in an up-down direction and surrounding an axis, and a cutting surrounding surface extending and inclined inwardly and upwardly from a bottom peripheral edge of the outer circumferential wall toward the axis. The cutting surrounding surface has upper and lower cutting surrounding edges, and defines front and rear cutting edges. The front cutting edge has first and second lower points on the lower and upper cutting surrounding edges. The rear cutting edge has first and second upper points on the lower and upper cutting surrounding edges and higher than the first and second lower points. A concaved paper pressing curve surface extends upwardly from the upper cutting surrounding edge to define a paper moving recess.
Print finishing machine
A print finishing machine has a die and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is driven by a motor and the drive mechanism is configured to drive a stack of sheets of material through the die in order to cut the stack according to the shape of the die.
Glass panel unit manufacturing method, and glass window manufacturing method
A glass panel unit manufacturing method includes a punching step and a pillar mounting step. In the punching step, a punch punches at least one of a plurality of portions from a base material of a sheet to form at least one pillar. Each of the plurality of portions is surrounded by a corresponding one of a plurality of loop-shaped grooves in the base material. In the pillar mounting step, the at least one pillar is mounted on a surface of a first substrate including a glass pane.
SHEET FOR FORMING PILLAR FOR GLASS PANEL UNIT, PILLAR MOUNTING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING GLASS PANEL UNIT, GLASS PANEL UNIT MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND GLASS WINDOW MANUFACTURING METHOD
MULTI-FUNCTION APPARATUS
One or more apparatuses, computing devices and/or systems are provided. In an example, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus may comprise a sharpener device configured to sharpen a pencil. The apparatus may comprise a hole puncher device configured to punch one or more holes in one or more sheets of paper. The apparatus may comprise an indentation at a corner of the apparatus. The apparatus may comprise a stapler device overlying the indentation. The stapler device may be configured to couple sheets of paper together by driving a staple through the sheets of paper at a point within the indentation. The apparatus may comprise a tray configured to collect shavings from the sharpener device and/or chips from the hole puncher device. The apparatus may comprise a vacuum device configured to apply suction to conduct material (e.g., shavings and/or chips) from the tray.
