Sawmill
A sawmill comprising first and second clamp members for clampingly engaging opposite sides of a log or log cant. A trolley includes the second clamp member. For moving the trolley cross-wise of the sawmill base, a threaded rotatable rod, to which a handle is attached, extends cross-wise of the base. The trolley includes a pair of walls which have a pair of aligned vertically oblong apertures respectively for receiving the rod. A half nut is fixedly attached to a bottom of one of the apertures and has threads which mate with threads on the rod so that the rod can threadedly engage the half nut. The apertures are sized such that the trolley can be tilted so that the threads of the rod and the half nut can be disengaged and the trolley slid along the rod to an approximate position for clampingly engaging the second clamp member to the log or log cant, then, with the trolley positioned upright and the threads of the rod and the half nut re-engaged, the handle can be turned to apply clamping force by the second clamp member to the log or log cant.

Circular saw blades
A circular saw blade includes a circular plate having a diameter, a thickness, a left face, a right face, a peripheral rim, and a central opening. A plurality of alternating teeth and gullets are disposed about the peripheral rim, each tooth having a front face facing generally toward an adjacent gullet in the cutting direction and a recess defined in the front face. A plurality of cutting inserts are affixed in the recesses in the teeth. Each insert has rake face facing generally toward the adjacent gullet in the cutting direction, a relief face extending generally toward the adjacent top face, and a cutting edge at a junction between the relief face and the rake face. Each rake face is disposed at a hook angle. The relief faces include unbeveled relief faces, left-beveled relief faces, and a right-beveled relief faces arranged in an alternating top bevel with raker pattern.
SAWMILL CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY
A method for constructing a lower section of a sawmill carriage assembly comprises holding structural components between a pair of metal plates, and affixing the plates and the structural components together. The structural components may include wheels that guide the sawhead in linear movement along a track on a sawmill bed, to which the carriage base is attached. The structural components may also include a track cleaning system disposed between the metal plates. The track cleaning system maintains optimal track conditions.

DISMANTLING SYSTEM
A system for dismantling a pallet includes a feed system configured to convey the pallet along a direction of travel. The feed system has a measuring station and a staging area. The measuring station is configured to obtain dimensions of the pallet. A saw is configured to dismantle the pallet. A manipulator includes a robotic arm. The manipulator is configured to move the pallet from the staging area to the saw for dismantling.

PALLET DISMANTLING WITH GUIDED ALIGNMENT
The present disclosure illustrates pallet dismantling systems and methods. The disclosure provides pallet dismantling systems that use alignment forks, guides, and cutting tools to simplify the dismantling of pallets. The alignment fork comprising cantilevers with contact surfaces that abut a deckboard surface coupled to one or more stringers of the received pallet causing a junction between the deckboard surface and the one or more stringers to be in-line with the contact surfaces. Further, the dismantling system may comprise a cutting tool positioned planar to the contact surfaces of the cantilevers at a point along the alignment fork, the cutting tool to separate the one or more deckboards abutting the contact surfaces from the one or more stringers.

Saw blade and system and method for manufacturing a saw blade
A method of manufacturing a saw blade includes providing a coil stock, setting a first portion of the coil stock in a first direction, setting a second portion of the coil stock in a second direction opposite the first direction, and forming a plurality of cutting teeth in the first portion and the second portion of the coil stock after the first and second portions are set.
