Theft prevention package containers
A theft prevention package container having a package chute positioned in a top surface thereof and a slot positioned on a back surface thereof to receive a lower end of a garage door so as to hold the package container in a position where it is locked in place by the garage door.
Repositionable Mailbox Drawer
This present invention discloses a mailbox with a pull-out mailbox insert. The mailbox includes a housing, a post, a door, a flag and a pull-out mailbox insert. The pull-out mailbox insert is designed in such a way to offer easy retrieval of delivered post, even when it is pushed to the back of the mailbox. The insert features a series of tabs designed to prevent the insert from sliding too far back into the mailbox, and utilizes a rolling assembly on the bottom of the insert to conveniently slide it out from the mailbox interior when a small tab is pulled. In use, the device effectively enables easy retrieval of mail without having to reach far out of the window and create strain on the body.
Secure In-Door Parcel Receiving Apparatus
A secure in-door parcel receiving apparatus may be installed into an aperture of a barrier such as a garage door in order to receive delivered parcels to the interior of a residence or other location so as to avoid package theft and environmental hazards parcels may be exposed to if left outdoors when delivered. An interior frame is connected to an inside of the barrier within the barrier aperture. An exterior frame is connected to the interior frame and supports a hinged closure. A locking mechanism releasably secures the closure in a closed position, occluding the aperture, until a parcel is to be delivered, whereupon a parcel delivery worker may provide input to a user interface, such as a combination lock, of the locking mechanism in order to disengage the locking mechanism, open the closure, and deliver the parcel through the aperture into the interior location behind the barrier.
SELF-LEARNING, AUTOLOCKING SECURE MAILBOX SYSTEM
The present invention is related to a self-learning autolocking secure mailbox system. The self-learning autolocking secure mailbox system comprises of an automatic unique size detachable auto lock system (not limited to locking direction), emote operated key pad, WIFI adaptor to enable remote control, device app (IOS and android) to control lock, mail picking assistance app. The mailbox is further attached with mounted open and close drive shafts for auto lock mechanism, remote open a losing system with event alert, alarm for force opening, on demand pickup request when mail is full, voice control system to check for new mail, internal and external camera, image recognition to detect the mail in the box and additionally enables users to create code for third parties to open box at lock time. Furthermore, the present invention provides routine learning (owner specified routine or learn routine for mailman delivery routine and owner mail pickup routine) and intelligent monitoring, so that the owner can track and receive the mail in a secure manner.
Mail keyper
A smart and secure mailbox includes a mailbox and a secured storage. The mailbox and the secured storage are connected through a shared section. The shared section encloses an automated flap. The shared section also integrates a weight sensor. Upon a delivery of a mail, the weight sensor provides an activation signal which triggers the automated flap. The automated flap activates and provides a gap between the mailbox and the secured storage. The delivered mail falls through the gap. Upon a placement of the delivered mail within the secured storage, the automated flap closes which secures the delivered mail within the secured storage.
Smart address identification and secure mailbox
An improved system, apparatus, and method for numbering and identifying houses, buildings, equipment, vehicles, paths and other locations, that provides a more effective, secure and reliable interface between a location/occupant and those outside seeking to locate them or to make a secure delivery, including, for example, emergency first responders, postal and package delivery service providers, visitors and individuals unfamiliar with an area are disclosed. Further, a system, apparatus, and method to generate, receive and communicate information, designed to operate and respond in everyday use as well as a critical emergency are disclosed. An integrated network of wired and wireless communication connecting a neighborhood, a city, a town, and/or an isolated rural home site or location are disclosed.
Device for emergency deployment of a post office
A portable post office contained within an intermodal container is disclosed. Such a structure may include a rack movably secured to a track mounted in the ceiling of said container via a trolley. The rack may be configured to hold a plurality of post office boxes, each box having a lockable door facing the center aisle of the container, and an open end facing the rear of the rack. The rack may be positioned against an interior side wall of the container and secured in place via a locking mechanism to prevent access to the open ends of the post office boxes. An individual may release the locking mechanism and move the rack into the center aisle along the track to access the open ends of the post office boxes. The rack member may then be moved back along the track and re-secured against the side wall.
System and method for delivering packages to customers
In some embodiments, system, apparatuses and methods are provided useful for delivering packages. One such configuration may include storage lockers and a control circuit that detects proximity of delivery agents to a locker, and in response, sends a code to an agent that verifies the agent upon receipt of the code therefrom. In another configuration, the control circuit associates a storage locker with a customer profile, detects a customer approaching and a first authentication aspect, receives a second authentication aspect, and compares the authentication aspects with the customer profile. In another example, a control circuit associates a delivery container with a customer profile and the delivery agents handling the container, and upon receiving a package scan, compares the scan with aspects associated with responsible delivery agents. In another example, a control circuit receives sensed data from a customer and authenticates delivery by comparing the sensed data with delivery agent profiles.
Repository with mechanism for shielding from view an object placed therein
Apparatus, systems and methods are provided that include a repository for receipt of an object and a mechanism for shielding from view the object. The repository may take the form of a mailbox and the object may be a letter, e.g., a letter addressed to Santa. The shielding mechanism is actuated by a trigger that is associated with the repository and, in exemplary embodiments, is triggered by an activity normally associated with the repository, e.g., raising a flag on a mailbox. The trigger actuation may interact with an electronic control system, a mechanical control system, or a combination thereof.
ELEMENT FOR A WINDOW, DOOR, PITCHED ROOF OR FACADE, COMPRISING A DEVICE FOR SENDING OR RECEIVING LETTERS AND PARCELS FROM AN UNMANNED AIR VEHICLE
An element for a window, door, pitched roof, or faade for installation in a building opening of a wall, a faade, or a pitched roof, includes a device for sending or receiving letters and parcels. The device is designed such that the letters and parcels can be picked up or delivered by an unmanned air vehicle. The element for a window, door, pitched roof, or faade includes an outer leaf and an inner leaf, which are separated from one another by an intermediate space.
