HANDHELD WORK APPARATUS
A handheld work apparatus has a motor unit including a drive motor for driving a tool and a handle unit including a handle. The motor unit and the handle unit are interconnected via at least one antivibration element. A first antivibration element includes a coil spring. A first holding element is attached in a first end of the coil spring. A second holding element is attached in a second end of the coil spring. The first holding element is firmly connected to the motor unit. The second holding element is firmly connected to the handle unit. The holding elements have end faces located in an interior of the coil spring. The end faces have centering elements that can come into contact with each other and thereby center the holding elements with respect to each other. The end faces form a stop for the movement of the handle.
Powered handheld cutting tool
A handheld cutting tool includes a motor, a driven gear coupled to the motor for receiving torque therefrom and a sprocket coupled for co-rotation with the driven gear, a handle guard extending from handle portion, a chain supported on a guide bar and engaged with the sprocket such that rotation of the sprocket moves the chain along the guide bar, and a battery pack removably coupled to an end of the handle portion. The handle guard includes a support face configured to support the handheld cutting tool on a horizontal support surface, and the battery pack includes a foot portion. A center of gravity of the handheld cutting tool is located above the foot portion and permits balancing of the handheld cutting tool in an upright position on only the foot portion.
CHAINSAW
The description herein discloses a chainsaw, which may include: a saw chain; a guide bar equipped with the saw chain; a sprocket for running the saw chain along a periphery of the guide bar; a motor including an output shaft connected to the sprocket; a cooling fan connected to the output shaft; and a base member for holding the guide bar. The base member may be constituted of a heat conductive material having a thermal conductivity of 10 W/m•K or more when a temperature of the heat conductive material is 300 K. The base member may include: a plate portion arranged such that the plate portion faces the motor in a direction along the output shaft; and a rib portion protruding from the plate portion toward the motor.
CARRYING CASE FOR A POWER TOOL
A carrying case for a power tool and a power tool kit are provided. A carrying case for a power tool includes an interior volume defined by a top, a bottom, a front, a back, a first side, and a second side. The carrying case further includes a plurality of distinct compartments within the interior volume. The distinct compartments are configured to receive a battery-powered power tool, a battery configured to power the battery-powered power tool, and a battery charger for the battery, respectively. The carrying case further includes a battery receiver configured for locking engagement with the battery, wherein the battery receiver is formed on an interior surface of at least one of the front, back, first side, or second side.
Hand-held working machine
Provided is a hand-held working machine, including a connection receiving portion configured to connect an anchoring rope, which is configured to couple a machine body and an operator to each other, to the machine body. The connection receiving portion includes: an other-function portion provided to the machine body as a portion having other function or use; and a protrusion configured to retain the anchoring rope at a predetermined position of the other-function portion.
CHAIN SAW
A chain saw includes a housing, an electric motor, a transmission system, a control system including a circuit board assembly, and a power supply assembly. The circuit board assembly obliquely intersects with a first straight line; in a direction of a second straight line perpendicular to a direction of the first straight line and extending along an up and down direction, the electric motor has a projection surface and the circuit board assembly has a projection surface, the projection surface of the electric motor at least partially overlaps the projection surface of the circuit board assembly. In the direction of the first straight line, the power supply assembly has a projection surface and the circuit board assembly has a projection surface, and the projection surface of the power supply assembly at least partially overlaps the projection surface of the circuit board assembly.
ELECTRIC CHAINSAW
An electric chainsaw comprises: a first handle having a forwardly and rearwardly extending grip portion provided on a rear or upper portion of a housing housing an electric motor and configured to be gripped by one hand of a worker, the grip portion being provided with a trigger switch for activating the electric motor; a second handle having a laterally extending grip portion provided forward of the grip portion of the first handle and configured to be gripped by the other hand of the worker; an indicator lamp for indicating a remaining charge amount of a battery pack; and a push-button type indicator switch for causing the indicator lamp to indicate the remaining charge amount, wherein the indicator switch is provided at a position where the worker can operate the indicator switch by a finger of the other hand being gripping the grip portion of the second handle.
CHAINSAW
A chainsaw includes a housing having a handle housing portion, a motor housing portion, and a drive housing portion. The handle housing portion has a longitudinal axis that defines a first axis of the chainsaw. The chainsaw also includes a motor having an output shaft with a longitudinal axis that defines a second axis of the chainsaw, a driven gear coupled to the output shaft, a sprocket coupled to the driven gear, and a guide bar extending from the drive housing portion and having a longitudinal axis that defines a third axis of the chainsaw. A chain is supported on the guide bar and engaged with the sprocket. The first axis, the second axis, and the third axis are generally coplanar, and the first axis and the second axis define a first included angle between about 75 degrees and about 95 degrees.
