A system and method for a wooden soccer ball trophy which includes a wooden soccer ball and a personalized base. The wooden soccer ball is crafted to the size, shape, and appearance of a professional soccer ball and rests upon the personalized base. In some instances, the wooden soccer ball trophy is decorated to include any type of team logo, dates, or other relevant information.

A method of making a customized item from a single piece of quartz, the method comprising the steps of providing a piece of quartz of sufficient size and shape to form the item, carving the item out of the single piece of quartz into a desired shape, etching information into the item and applying a coating to the information after the step of etching the information to form the customized item. A customized item is also provided comprising a body formed of a single piece of quartz, the body shaped into a configuration simulating a home or a sports object, and including personalized information etched into the quartz and a coating over the personalized information to enhance visibility

A display clip for supporting an object for display. The display clip includes two bilateral stops terminating in opposing projections wherein the stops are spaced a distance apart, and the opposing projections point substantially in opposite directions. The opposing projections fit removably into channel(s) on a display stand or other support structure, holding the display clip in place. The display clip also comprises one or more catches located at the front of the display clip capable of retaining the object, a plurality of side support members connecting a given stop with a given catch, and one or more crossbars connecting two or more side support members.

A blanket which is used to mark milestone events such as events in a child's life. The blanket having a means of attaching charms along the perimeter of the blanket. The blanket is composed of an upper piece and a lower piece sewn together to create an open area between the two pieces along the perimeter of the blanket. The open area having connectors, such as hook and loop fasteners, sewn in it such that charms may be attached to the connectors between the upper and lower pieces or the upper and lower pieces may be attached to each other while no charm is present. The charms may be ribbons, or other objects made of material which is safe for children. The blanket may have calendar, time line, or age markings along the perimeter such that charms may be attached to the connectors at the corresponding age or date when the event occurred.

An assembly includes a helmet and a stand. The helmet includes a first half having a first pair of plates and a second half having a second pair of plates. Each of the first pair of plates and each of the second pair of plates forms a respective notch. Responsive to the first half of the helmet being directly attached to the second half of the helmet, the first pair of plates aligns with the second pair of plates thereby forming a pair of brackets. Each of the brackets has a bracket opening. The stand includes a body and a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism includes a first deflectable arm having a first locking tab and an opposing second deflectable arm having a second locking tab. The first locking tab and second locking tab directly engage the bracket openings such that the helmet is rigidly coupled to the stand.

A lock for a ball display case includes a plate having a plurality of recessed areas spaced radially about the plate. A plurality of posts extend away from the plate in a direction generally perpendicular to the plate. Each post is in general radial alignment with one of the recessed areas of the plate and spaced radially inward from the recessed area. The lock has frangible portions connecting the posts to the plate. The lock is suitable for engagement with a ball display case in a manner that limits access to an object in the display case. The lock is suitable for use by professional graders and/or authenticators to prevent tampering after the object has been graded and/or authenticated and then locked in the display case.

A process for printing the surface of objects such as trophies and plaques including the steps of a) providing a sheet(s) or block(s) of desired shape having surface(s) and edges; b) laminating at least one surface of the objects with heat transfer foil to provide a clear, white or shade of white polymer coating; and optionally, c) printing a design onto the shade of white coating on the surface of the object by UV printing or sublimation printing. Disclosed is an electrical lamp for holding and displaying a collector's round (or oval) item. The lamp comprises a base assembly comprising a base and a bottom plate secured to a top surface of the base, a top assembly comprising a top plate, a lamp assembly comprising an electrical light bulb connected to the top plate, and a lamp shade encircling the light bulb, and a connecting means for connecting the top and base assemblies such that, the top and bottom plates are vertically aligned. The round item is adapted to be snugly and removably received between the top and bottom plates.

An easily assembled trophy assembly system in which columns are friction fitted into slots or recesses in a base and provides for adhesives to secure the columns and bases together and alignment means to ensure proper alignment and orientation of columns on bases. The disclosed system provides attachment means to work with trophies that uses wooden, marble and composite bases.
