Table saw and push stick for the table saw
A push stick for a table saw and a table saw with the push stick are provided. The push stick includes a gripping possibility for a machine operator at its operator-side end. A workpiece engagement notch is formed at the push stick's workpiece-side end. The notch includes a push surface facing in an intended feed direction of the workpiece and a holding-down surface protruding therefrom at the top under a preferably right angle. The push stick includes a detection device which detects whether the push surface and the holding-down surface lie flat against the workpiece. The push stick further includes a signaling device which emits a flat contact signal when the detection device has detected a flat contact of the push surface and the holding-down surface on the workpiece. The signal therefore signals whether the push surface and the holding-down surface lie flat against the workpiece.
Miter saw safety device
A safety system with a number of component devices that may be used alone or in combination to substantially reduce the risk of injury to the operator of the power cutting tool. The devices are designed for use with table saws, miter saws, jointers, routers, shapers and similar equipment. The devices secure a work piece against unanticipated movement and kickback while simultaneously protecting the operator's hands. The devices further enhance the capabilities of power equipment to make precise cuts safer, faster and easier. One such device includes a guide member for engaging a work piece and an adjustable alignment member for orienting the position of the guide member relative to a cutting blade.

Precision adjustable miter gauge for a table saw
An adjustable miter gauge for use with a table saw includes a miter attachment and an adjustable guide bar coupled to the miter attachment. The miter attachment rests on a working surface of the table saw. The guide bar is received in a slot in the working surface. The guide bar includes a main body, which has first and second surfaces parallel to side walls of the slot, an adjustable body, which has a third surface parallel to the first surface, and a deformable biasing member. The adjustable body is coupled to the main body and slidable between a first position, wherein the second and third edge surfaces are coplanar, and a second position, wherein the second and third edge surfaces are not coplanar. The biasing member is arranged between the main body and the adjustable body and biases the adjustable body toward the second position.

Bench saw
A bench saw, including a support structure with a lay-on section which provides a lay-on surface, as well as a saw blade which engages through an opening of the lay-on section, so that at least a part of the saw blade is located below the lay-on section lower side, a housing arrangement which is located below the lay-on section lower side and which surrounds the part of the saw blade which is located below the lay-on section lower side, where the saw blade is pivotable together with the housing arrangement relative to the lay-on section, in order to adjust an angle between a cutting plane of the saw blade and the lay-on surface. The bench saw further includes a cover flap which covers a gap between the housing arrangement and the lay-on section lower side, the gap arising on pivoting the housing arrangement.
ADJUSTABLE FEATHERBOARD WITH ANTI-KICKBACK DEVICE
An adjustable featherboard device includes an elongated bar having a shape and size that is suitable for engaging the miter slot of a table saw. An elongated featherboard body is pivotally secured onto the top of the bar and rotates 360 degrees along a horizontal plane. The featherboard body includes a first end for imparting a lateral force onto a side section of a piece of stock located on the table saw. An anti-kickback member is pivotally secured along one side of the featherboard body adjacent to the first end. The anti-kickback member includes a cam body having a notch section and a protruding section for engaging a top surface of the piece of stock.
