Apparatus is provided for catching falling leaves including needles from trees, and for enclosing trees for transport and disposal. The apparatus presented comprise a collar-style container for attachment to a tree's trunk, leaf or needle catcher material, clips or other components for securing the catcher material to the tree, which catcher material may surround the tree, and means to close the catcher material to enclose the tree. A user may use the apparatus to maintain a tidy space under and around a tree while the tree is present in the user's chosen place, and to keep the tree's leaves or needles from falling throughout the user's home while the tree is being removed. The present invention solves problems with the currently available means of keeping the area around a tree and the objects under the tree tidy, and with disposal of the tree.

A stand may be provided. The stand may include a base portion. The base portion may be a hollow cylinder with an open top, capable of retaining liquid. The base portion may also have support legs extending therefrom. There may be brace members situated within the base portion that may form a socket for receiving a securing portion. The securing portion may be able to rotate and tilt within the socket formed by the brace members. The securing portion may be a hollow sphere with receiving aperture defined by an open ended cylinder extending therefrom. There may be locking members for locking the securing portion in a desired orientation and there may be fastening members for securing an object within the securing portion.

A swinging tree is provided with a base portion and a tree portion. The base portion has a rotation driver. The tree portion has a twisted trunk, a plurality of branches, and a plurality of leaves. The twisted trunk is connected to the rotation driver and includes a twisted pole, a plurality of sleeves, and a plurality of first seats. The sleeves and the first seats are sleeved on the twisted pole, and the branches are securely mounted on the first seat. Thus, when the rotation driver of the base portion rotates the twisted pole of the tree portion, the first seats sleeved on the twisted pole keep changing tilting directions, which causes the branches mounted on the first seats to keep swinging.

A C-shaped separating device equipped with vertical tree trunk couplers which serve to separate normally adjacent trunk sections of an artificial tree. A display panel and a foliaged branch mounting assembly mounted to the separating unit creates an aesthetically appealing artificial tree display.

A visually-distinguishable paneled skirt is an apparatus that conceals undesirable objects, items, or surfaces such as a Christmas tree stand. The apparatus includes a plurality of panels and a plurality of fasteners. Each of the plurality of panels is connected to one another by the plurality of fasteners. This allows the user to interchange the plurality of panels as to best represent the current members of his or her family. Each of the plurality of panels is arranged with one another into an annular configuration. An opening allows the trunk of a Christmas tree to traverse through the apparatus. The apparatus may be converted into a tablecloth with a covering panel, which covers the opening. The circumference of the apparatus may be extended with an annular panel.

A cover for an artificial tree pole includes a flexible substrate that has: a first surface and an opposite second surface, a first edge and an opposite second edge, and a first end and an opposite second end. A first decorative image is displayed on at least the first surface. A first coupling member is disposed on the first surface adjacent to the first edge. A second coupling member is disposed on the second surface adjacent to the second edge. The second coupling member is complimentary to the first coupling member and is engagable with the first coupling member so that when the flexible substrate is wrapped around the artificial tree pole, the first coupling member will be secured to the second coupling member. As a result, a portion of the artificial tree pole will be hidden behind the first decorative image.

A cover for an artificial tree pole includes a flexible substrate that has: a first surface and an opposite second surface, a first edge and an opposite second edge, and a first end and an opposite second end. A first decorative image is displayed on at least the first surface. A first coupling member is disposed on the first surface adjacent to the first edge. A second coupling member is disposed on the second surface adjacent to the second edge. The second coupling member is complimentary to the first coupling member and is engagable with the first coupling member so that when the flexible substrate is wrapped around the artificial tree pole, the first coupling member will be secured to the second coupling member. As a result, a portion of the artificial tree pole will be hidden behind the first decorative image.

A tree collar includes a sleeve formed into a frusto-conical shape and having an inner facing surface, an outer facing surface, a top edge, a bottom edge, a first end and a second end. The first and second ends overlap each other to adjust a diameter of the sleeve and a length of the band at the top edge is less than a length of the band at the bottom edge. A first clasp secures a portion of the top edge of the sleeve to a different portion of the top edge of the sleeve. A second clasp secures a portion of the bottom edge of the sleeve to a different portion of the bottom edge of the sleeve.

A tree collar includes a sleeve formed into a frusto-conical shape and having an inner facing surface, an outer facing surface, a top edge, a bottom edge, a first end and a second end. The first and second ends overlap each other to adjust a diameter of the sleeve and a length of the band at the top edge is less than a length of the band at the bottom edge. A first clasp secures a portion of the top edge of the sleeve to a different portion of the top edge of the sleeve. A second clasp secures a portion of the bottom edge of the sleeve to a different portion of the bottom edge of the sleeve.

A pole type member support device has a receptacle having an opening formed in a top section thereof. The receptacle is tapered so that the top section of the receptacle is smaller than a bottom section of the receptacle. A tubular cut-out is formed within the receptacle and extends down from the opening. The tubular cutout is tapered so that the top section of the tubular cut-out is larger than a bottom section of the tubular cut-out. An adapter is positioned within the tubular cut-out. The adapter is configured to hold a pole-type member in an upright position.
