PANEL FORMING
Building panels, especially laminated floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system and several core grooves at the rear side in order to save material and decrease weight. Building panels, each having a surface layer on a front side, a backing layer on a rear side and an intermediate core, wherein the intermediate core and the surface and the backing layer all comprise wood fibres and thermosetting resins, the building panels are provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge of a first building panel to an adjacent second edge of a second building panel.
Mechanical locking system for floorboards
Building panels, especially floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system that is configured to lock the adjacent edges by angling and that have a tongue and a strip on the same edge, and a method to divide a board and produce such building panels. A method for dividing a floor element, into a first floor panel and a second floor panel, said floor element including a core provided with a decorative surface layer and a balancing layer, wherein the method includes the step of forming, through the balancing layer or the decorative surface layer, a second groove by displacing the floor element past a fixed tool.

Handheld mortise forming device
A handheld mortise forming device includes a base unit having a first support extending parallel to a first axis. The first support includes first and second working ends. A first sidewall and a second sidewall are connected to the first support. One of two connecting units is rotatably mounted to the first sidewall. The other connecting unit is rotatably mounted to the second sidewall. A second support extends parallel to the first axis and is connected to the two connecting units. The second support is rotatable relative to the first and second sidewalls and includes an abutting face. A clamping unit includes a pressing member located on a side of the second support adjacent to the abutting face. The pressing member can clamp lumber. The pressing member is jointly rotatable with the second support and is switchable between the first working end and the second working end.

ADJUSTABLE FLANGE ASSEMBLY FOR A CUTTING TOOL
There is disclosed an adjustable flange assembly for securing a cutting tool to a shaft rotatable about an axis. The adjustable flange assembly has a support plate defining an aperture for receiving the shaft and defining a reference surface on a first side thereof. The reference surface is in abutment with the cutting tool. A securing mechanism is operatively connected to the support plate and operable for releasably securing the support plate to the shaft. A deformable plate is secured to the support plate and is in abutment against a shoulder of the shaft. Adjustment members are mounted on one of the support plate and the deformable plate and are operable to exert a force on the deformable plate to locally deform the deformable plate.
