This tableware will become known as Buddyware™, Notch Top™ in which allows users to hold their food or items such as decorative or favorite objects, accessories, cocktail picks, magnetic cocktail picks, so that they never have to eat alone and where they'll never lose another olive or garnishes and pets will not need to eat off the floor.
LOCKING KNIFE HOLDER
A locking knife holder uses either mechanical or electronic locking systems to secure the knives into the holder. The electronic locking system includes the implementation of one or more electromagnets into the holder. The user can then selectively lock or unlock the knives in the holder by activating or deactivating, respectively the electromagnet. In other implementations, the mechanical locking system can use magnetic keys to unlock the mechanical locking system.
Container apparatus and method of using same
A container apparatus can receive and hold a beverage container such as a beverage can or bottle. The apparatus can include a light assembly and can be used as a flashlight. A magnet can be positioned on the outer surface of the apparatus, and the apparatus can be magnetically attached to a metal support structure.
Cabinet system including accessory
A system that includes a cabinet and an accessory capable of being stored within a storage compartment of the cabinet. The cabinet may include a cabinet housing and a mirrored door having a ferromagnetic element. The mirrored door may include a first mirror having a reflective surface forming an outer surface of the mirrored door and a second mirror having a reflective surface forming an inner surface of the mirrored door. The ferromagnetic element may be embedded within the first and second mirrors. In an example the first ferromagnetic element may be an elongated plate formed of a ferromagnetic material. The accessory may include another ferromagnetic element that may include one or more magnets. The accessory may be sized and shaped to be capable of being stored within a storage compartment of the cabinet. The accessory may be mounted to the mirrored door by magnetic attraction between the ferromagnetic elements.

COMPOSITION OF FOAM, CUSHIONS, AND RELATED METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
Foam compositions, cushions, and related methods of manufacture are disclosed. The foam composition or cushion includes a polymer that includes about 2% to about 10% polyol comprising multiple hydroxyl groups, about 1% to about 25% isocyanate and about 75% to about 95% filler suspended in the polymer.
VESSEL COMPRISING AN ACCOMMODATED METAL ELEMENT AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF
The invention relates to a vessel which accommodates a metal element in its base, wherein the vessel comprises a lower recess in the base which accommodates the metal element, wherein the metal element is bonded to the base by means of a transparent adhesive at the bottom of the recess and is embedded by a transparent plastic which fills up a remaining area of the recess. The invention further relates to a method for producing a vessel.
