CUP AND LID USING MAGNETIC-BASED SPILL-PROOF SEAL
A cup and lid combination includes a container having an open top and a closed bottom. A grip is disposed at an exterior surface of the container. At least one container magnet is disposed adjacent to the open top of the container. A link assembly, coupled to the grip, the container, and the container magnet(s), links movement of the grip to movement of the container magnet(s). A drinking lid on the open top of the container has a hole. A closure element is coupled to the lid for movement towards and away from the hole. The closure element has a sealing element and a lid magnet coupled thereto. The container magnet(s) and lid magnet are positioned for magnetic interaction that controls the position of the closure element based on the position of the grip relative to the container's closed bottom or open top.
Magnetic Drinking Cup
The present invention is directed to a magnetic drinking cup, which is a drinking cup containing magnetic and metal components. The magnetic and metal components allow for a tight seal and decrease the opportunity for bacteria and mold to flourish. Many cups known in the prior art have screw top lids, which have tight and narrow crevices making the cleaning process cumbersome. If not cleaned immediately after use, it becomes challenging to remove the debris remaining in the cup, and around the inside of the lid. These small areas create a trap for bacteria and mold, if not cleaned properly. The same issues can arise with reusable straws. There are not many tools on the market that can clean a straw thoroughly from top to bottom. If not all contents are removed from the straw, it becomes a petri dish of bacteria, and if moisture remains, then mold will have the ability to grow. This invention allows for cleaning ease, and provides fewer areas where bacteria and mold can flourish due to a magnetic seal instead of a screw top seal. Further, the drinking cup can be replaced with any storage container, including children's sippy cups, Tupperware, or any food storage container that requires a tight seal.

An intelligent measurement cup comprises a cup body and a cup cover with an electronic module. The electronic module comprises a battery, a main control circuit board electrically connected to the battery, and a laser detection unit electrically connected to the main control circuit board. The laser detection unit comprises a laser probe and a transparent shielding sheet positioned to face the cup body. The cup cover has a corresponding through hole aligned with the laser probe to allow its light to pass through. The emitted laser is configured to penetrate the shielding sheet and scatter into the cup body, to thereby generate sufficient feedback photons. The spectra reflected back through different emission media are different, therefore, the conditions of a liquid, conditions comprising the remaining amount, the type, whether the liquid has deteriorated, etc., in the cup body can be accurately detected.

WASHABLE STRAW
The present invention relates to a washable straw and, more specifically, to a straw capable of being washed after being used for drinking a beverage, by sealing or opening the lateral side of a side body by circularly rolling side bodies, connected by connective joints, or an integrally formed side body. The washable straw includes: side bodies having a predetermined thickness, and formed so as to be long in the vertical direction; connective joints made of a flexible material, and allowing the side bodies to be rolled by joining the side bodies; and a detachment means provided at both of the outermost side bodies among the side bodies connected by the connective joint so as to detach both side bodies, wherein a closely adhered state in which both side bodies overlap by rolling the plurality of side bodies is maintained.

This invention relates to a flooring system comprised of a plurality of washable, multi-component floor mats. The floor mats contain a textile component and a base component. The textile component and the base component are attached to one another by a variety of mechanisms, including magnetic attraction. The magnetic attraction is provided by incorporation of magnetic particles in both the textile and base components. The textile component is designed to be soiled, washed, and re-used, thereby providing ideal end-use applications in areas such as building entryways.
