Ecological slope anti-corrosion timber pile, and treatment device and treatment method therefor
Provided are an ecological slope anti-corrosion timber pile and a treatment device and method therefor, belonging to the field of ecological engineering. The device includes a gasification furnace, and first, second and third carbonization chambers, each internally provided with a main gas pipeline, and multiple rows of radially distributed branch gas pipes are vertically disposed thereon and provided with electronic igniters. Multiple rows of radially distributed timber piles are vertically inside the carbonization chambers and between the branch gas pipes. The gasification furnace is connected to the main gas pipeline of the first carbonization chamber through a gas booster pump. The first carbonization chamber is connected to an air blower, the first and second carbonization chambers are connected through a joint pipe, the second and third carbonization chambers are connected through a pipeline, and the third carbonization chamber is connected to the gasification furnace through a gas delivery pipe.
Method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush and bamboo toothbrush manufactured thereby
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush and a toothbrush manufactured thereby. According to the method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush of a detailed embodiment of the present invention and a toothbrush manufactured by the method, it is possible to improve strength, surface roughness, and moisture resistance of a bamboo and adjust the color of the bamboo using hot pressing. Further, since sanding and polishing and separate coating and drying are not performed, the process time is reduced, whereby the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Wood protecting methods and wood products produced with the methods
Disclosed herein is an environmentally friendly wood protecting method against biological deterioration such as fungal, bacterial and insect damage and non-biological wood deterioration such as weathering. The method comprises contacting a wood material with an aqueous solution of a zirconium salts which is followed by a heat treatment step, providing durable protection of wood against biodegradation and improving several other properties of the treated wood.
METHOD FOR CONDITIONING A LIGNOCELLULOSIC WOOD SUBSTRATE
Methods, systems, and apparatus for conditioning lignocellulosic wood substrates used in the maturation of alcoholic beverages are disclosed. The methods include determining one or more chemical or structural properties of a wood substrate, applying at least one chemical, enzymatic, thermal, or physicochemical conditioning treatment effective to modify extractive composition, diffusion behavior, porosity, surface chemistry, or pH buffering capacity, and stabilizing the treated substrate under controlled environmental conditions. Conditioned substrates may be configured in various physical forms for controlled interaction with alcoholic beverages. Related systems incorporate conditioned substrates within containers holding alcoholic beverages to influence flavor development during storage. Apparatus embodiments provide modules for property determination, treatment application, and parameter regulation. Additional embodiments include computational methods for generating conditioning parameters based on substrate data and methods for regenerating previously used substrates.
