Wooden material panel, in particular in the form of a wood-plastic composite material, and a method for producing the same
The present invention relates to a wooden material panel, in particular a wood-plastic composite material, including particles of wood and at least one plastic that is functionalized with at least one organic compound. At least one decorative layer is provided on at least one side of the wooden material panel.
Wood material panel hot press and method for operating a wood material panel hot press
The disclosure relates to a wood material panel hot press for producing a wood material panel, wherein the wood material panel hot press has an inlet side and an outlet side, and is designed to press a blank supplied on the inlet side in order to form a wood material panel. According to the invention, a temperature measurement device is provided which is designed to automatically measure the temperature (T) of the wood material panel on the outlet side in a spatially resolved manner.
PROCESS FOR PREPARING A BONDING RESIN
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a bonding resin, wherein a resin prepared from lignin, phenol and formaldehyde is mixed with a resin prepared from phenol and formaldehyde to achieve a mixture useful as a bonding resin useful in the manufacture of laminates, mineral wool insulation and wood products such as plywood, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), medium density fiberboards (MDF) and particle boards.
LIGNOCELLULOSIC COMPOSITE ARTICLES
A lignocellulosic composite article includes a plurality of lignocellulosic pieces and an adhesive system disposed on the plurality of lignocellulosic pieces for bonding the plurality of lignocellulosic pieces. The adhesive system comprises a binder component and an additive component. The binder component comprises a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (pMDI), and combinations thereof. The additive component comprises an amine compound and water. The amine compound can be imidazole. The additive component is useful for reducing the amount of press time required during manufacture of the composite article.

Sheet manufacturing apparatus and control method of sheet manufacturing apparatus
A sheet manufacturing apparatus is an apparatus that heats a material containing fibers to form a sheet, and includes a heating portion that heats the material, and a control portion that controls a temperature at which the heating portion heats the material. The control portion sets a temperature of the heating portion to a first temperature in a first state where the sheet manufacturing apparatus manufactures the sheet, and sets the temperature of the heating portion to a second temperature lower than the first temperature at a predetermined timing in a second state where the sheet is not manufactured, or at a predetermined timing when a state of the sheet manufacturing apparatus is shifted to the state where the sheet is not manufactured.
