Adhesive, a production method of a wood board using the adhesive and product thereof
An adhesive includes an organic material, an inorganic material, a curing agent and a catalyst. The adhesive is able to bond the wood material, especially recycled wood material. The wood material is not necessary to have any pretreatment like removing color, pigment or plastic lining so as to be introduced to the film process directly. After breaking and adjusting the moisture content of the wood material, it can be mixed with the adhesive and hard pressed into wood product with good duration and quality. The adhesive and the production method of wood board is able to ameliorate the problem of the conventional water based adhesive to save energy and processing time.
Oriented strand board, process for production of an oriented strand board and apparatus for producing an oriented strand board
A novel oriented strand board (OSB) may be provided comprising recycled wood flakes that have been obtained by flaking of recycled wood at least in a core layer. A process may be provided for producing a corresponding oriented strand board. An apparatus may be provided by which the oriented strand board can be produced.

The present invention further relates to a method for the manufacture and a method for the repair of such a part. A part of a luggage system is provided which comprises a fiber-reinforced material, wherein the fiber-reinforced material comprises a natural fiber material and a matrix material. The natural fiber material comprises at least one set of unidirectional fibers which are embedded in and/or impregnated with the matrix material.
Thermal Insulation Material and Method for Its Production
A thermal insulation material is made of a plurality of insulating components. The plurality of insulating components includes a first insulating component made of wood shavings. The plurality of insulating components includes a second insulating component made of cellulose fibers, wherein the cellulose fibers are arranged in voids formed between the wood shavings. The cellulose fibers of the second insulating component are produced from decor paper or sanitary paper.
Bio-composite and Bioplastic Materials and Method
A bio-composite material comprises protein-containing non-wood fibrous biomass comprising at least 6 wt % protein, and a cross-linking agent. The bio-composite material may optionally further contain wood biomass, or non-protein-containing non-wood biomass, and is formable into a bio-composite board to replace wood-based boards for a variety of applications. A bioplastic material comprises a bioadhesive, fibrous biomass and a plastic material, and is formable into a variety of products, such as a cup, using conventional plastic processing techniques. Suitable fibrous biomass may include used coffee grounds and a variety of other biomass. A method of forming a board from a bio-composite material, and a method of manufacturing a bioplastic are also provided.
RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY DEVICE AND SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A raw material supply device includes a housing that stores an aggregate of small pieces, a discharge port through which the small pieces are discharged from an inside of the housing, a rotor provided in the housing and including a protruding portion, and a magnet provided on the discharge port or on a downstream side of the discharge port. In addition, it is preferable that the raw material supply device further include a passage route that communicates with the discharge port and through which the small pieces pass, in which at least one pair of the magnets is disposed on one side and the other side via the passage route.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE ARTICLE
A method of manufacturing a composite article includes providing a polishing pad; rubbing over the polishing pad to produce a polishing pad debris; collecting the polishing pad debris; providing a wood material; and applying a force over the wood material and the polishing pad debris to form the composite article, wherein the composite article includes the wood material and the polishing pad debris, and the rubbing of the polishing pad includes removing a portion of the polishing pad to produce the polishing pad debris.
Method for the production of solid molded articles made of non-wood plant materials
The present invention provides a method for the production of a solid molded article comprising non-wood plant material, the method comprising the steps of (a) providing one or more fresh non-wood plant materials having a moisture content from 20% w/w to 99 w/w; (b) heating the fresh non-wood plant material at a temperature from 40? C. to 250? C., in particular, at a temperature from 60? C. to 140? C., and a pressure from 40 KPa to 750 KPa, in particular, for at least 0.5 h, maintaining the moisture content of the material equal to or higher than 20% w/w; (c) molding the heated material obtained in step (b); and (d) drying the molded material obtained in step (c). The invention also provides solid molded articles obtainable by the method of the invention.
Material created from polymer and other mass which is entirely, partially or substantially composed of reclaimed mixed material
A composite material is formed by preparing mass particles consisting of a fibrous material at least partially derived from recycled post-consumer materials and preparing particles of a binding material consisting of a thermoplastic material at least partially derived from recycled post-consumer material. The prepared mass particles and particles of binding material are mixed together such that the binding material liquifies and coats the mass particles which are subsequently then pressed together to form a composite article in which the mass particles typically occupy between 35% and 60% by weight of the composite material and the binding material occupies between 40% and 60% by weight of the composite material. The composite material is suitable for replacing concrete, wood, or other construction, manufacturing or industrial materials, and possesses properties that in some applications may be equal or superior such materials.
